Basics: 3 pc bath area, standard double bed, household fridge, microwave, generous counter, front carpet, rear floor is black rubber matting, 5k inverter, on-demand water heater at each sink. TV/VCR combo, 46 gal fresh water tank, 30 gal waste tank at kitchen sink, 50 gal waste tank for 3 pc bath. 30 amp service. A/C, 12V powered vent. Includes catalytic heater. Mileage is 135,000+/-. ****No generator, no cookstove. We used electric hotplate and single gas burner****Offered at $19,444.

    No separation of toilet and sleeping area. Showers produce lots of condensation and experience with a shower in a bedroom, even with fans and opening windows, tells me this is a really bad idea. Add in the toilet, you could never bring a friend home for the night. Even a simple curtain would be a start, a wall with separate opening window and ventilation even better.

      I was actually thinking of the exact same thing. Maybe I’m just more modest than most, but at least a curtain!! Lol

    Like the shower construction. Though I do not understand, why the “bathroom” is integrated in the bedroom. At least there should be some kind of glass wall to protect from moisture and nasty smells 😉
