    I don’t like it.
1, The bar type sitting arrangement isn’t my style. A fold down table with vis a vis sitting allows dining in style.
2, The roof style is blowing up cost.
3, Daily preparing sleeping arrangement isn’t convenient. A ready made lift up to the ceiling bed above the sofa is much more convenient.

Hey Michael — I appreciate you chiming in here.

I hear you on all of this. The bar-style seating isn’t for everyone… a fold-down table with face-to-face seating would definitely make it feel more like a proper dining setup.

And yeah, that roof design probably isn’t doing the budget any favors 😅 always that trade-off between style and cost.

The bed situation is a big one too — having to set it up every day gets old fast. A lift-up or fixed bed would make this way more livable long-term.

Curious — if you were tweaking this layout, what would be your top 1–2 must-haves?
