Have an indoor cat so screened porch is ideal, will keep insects out as well in summer. Plus, at last a THoW with a proper table and seating for more than just a couple of people perched alongside a ledge. Nowadays many spend a lot of their time, especially if working from home like me, using a table or proper desk and chair, and there is nothing better when inviting friends around than sitting around a table drinking coffee or a pot of tea. Most have no space to allow for this simple but essential item of furniture but this does, and there appears to be room for an easy chair as well. All that plus the screened in porch, all I need is an extra three feet for a built in bed downstairs and this is perfect.

I’d worry about the weight distribution and how the bedroom would have to be designed around the bathroom with how this one is designed…

Mind, ideally the weight distribution ratio should be around 60/40 over the axles for optimal/safe towing…

This design sacrifices part of the trailer that the house would normally be built on to instead place a porch but that puts much less than 40% of the weight on the tail end of the trailer and forces most of the mass to need to be placed towards the middle and over the axles…

Otherwise, you’d need a more custom trailer with the axles placed more forward to compensate…

Fold down or add on porches require more work but they typically allow for more flexible interior layouts and more interior space… But there are always trade offs…

It is a NICE build. Does not hit my minimums button, but color/natural wood balance is near perfect. And ass main also has biting flies the screen porch is a must(although it’s hard to imagine ANY state this porch is not an asset). Love the counters and nice shower woodwork. And yes a master on the main is where perfection would be.

Love the spacious feel and colors, really love the covered, screened porch, but wouldn’t want to move it much due to imbalance mentioned by other comment. Would be lovely parked near water somewhere to grow old in.
LOVE this one and I’m pretty tired of most of the THOWs (most look too much alike).
