So $400 per sq.ft. is the basic cost for a single floor no loft model economy home? Maybe buying a used Park Model for $35 per sq. ft. and doing a remodel is more cost-effective. However, FINDING the craftsmen to do the remodel will make you crazy as it will take $50 per sq.ft. for the remodeler to do your job….So you only save $300 per sq ft….

Except there will be a lot more different than just the cost, this is a company that builds custom designer homes to up to extremely high standards and with whatever feature, amenities, etc. their client wants… and a lot of what they offer is patented and thus can only be offered by them. Like the floor system that allows any of their homes to be placed either on wheels or on a full basement, crawlspace, piers etc. wherever they won’t conflict with minimum sq ft requirements…

They basically cater to very high end clients who typically want to work with architects, engineers, and they will do things like pay to fly in a potential client for a face to face and give them five star treatment… Company is founded by Vertical Works Inc., a family run business that does luxury designer homes, modular houses, add-ons etc, and this is basically their tiny house branch…

So I wouldn’t confuse them with anything in the low budget range… Like their name implies, it’s for people who basically want to have something that will let them feel like they are staying at a luxury villa…

Your renovated Park Model RV’s will definitely be a lot more affordable, but it’s apples to oranges comparison here…
