This is the story of Nate and his box truck tiny house conversion. Originally, he bought the 1989 Ford E350 for $9,250. The best part is that it only had 33K miles on it. Turns out, it wasn’t really being driven very much, it was being used as a mostly stationary bunkhouse/cabin in Auburn.

So Nate proceeded to gut it so he could start a new build from scratch. Now it’s completely customized and features redwood inside, a lift kit, 4-wheel drive conversion, a DIY composting toilet, and much more. There’s a lot we can learn from Nate below so please enjoy and let us know what you learned from his story and his box truck tiny house conversion in the comments. Thanks.

The model shown here is the 26’ version, upgraded with premium finishes that brought the total cost to about $89,000 (base pricing originally started around $65,000). This is to tell you about the Mount Dora Escape Boho Tiny House Vacation in Florida and I’m so excited because I’ve actually booked a stay here this March so that I can experience tiny living in a simple, luxurious, and beautiful tiny house like the Escape Vista Boho.

And what better way to do that than in the quaint village of Mount Dora, Florida, which I’ve never been to. So I’ve got my camera gear ready and I’m excited to capture the experience for you in the photo, video, and even a 360/virtual reality experience (if I can figure out how to use this new camera). Anyway, for now, I wanted you to be able to see and maybe even book The Mount Dora ESCAPE Vista Boho Tiny House for yourself, so here it is below. What do you think? Looks like it should be your next vacation, right? By the way, it is now mid-2020, and you can read all about my experience at this Mount Dora tiny house right here.

This is the story of Penny. She’s a 77-year-old who sold half of her stuff to simplify into a tiny home on wheels with a main-floor bedroom.

Penny lives in a tiny house community that’s on the coast of Oregon. She loves her kitchen and downstairs bedroom, but doesn’t like her loft even though she doesn’t sleep up there, she still uses that space for storage and there’s also a doggy treadmill up there too! So she’s actually selling her tiny house so that she can get a new one. Learn more below!
