Modern Tiny Living recently completed a custom build for a client named “Mi Casita.” The 26-foot tiny house has a sand-colored exterior and plenty of Southwestern flair, including an arched accent over the door designed to mimic traditional adobe homes.

Teal and turquoise accents mix perfectly with the white walls, wooden trim, and built-in cabinets. A twin-sized bed fits in the first-floor bedroom, and there’s a queen-sized loft above the bathroom for guests. The bathroom features a soaking tub surrounded by turquoise honeycomb tiles, and the kitchen has an oven, stovetop, and a stainless steel refrigerator.

Molly lives on her father’s land in Tasmania in a gorgeous tiny house on wheels that she had built to meet all her needs — and many of her wants! Even at $91,000 USD, her luxury tiny house was far more affordable than any real estate in the area, and this house has everything she wanted — including $4,000 taps for her soaking tub!

The house has a main loft bedroom with a skylight that offers moonlit views, as well as a secondary loft that acts as an office and library, but could grow with her family if she ever has children. Her countertops are made of naturally-fallen huon pine, which only grows in Tasmania — a splurge that really makes the space. What’s your favorite feature of this THOW?

Erica and Steve purchased a 24-foot tiny house that was already built and set up at the Orlando Lakefront tiny house community. They wanted to simplify their lives and escape the debt from their previous large home. Going tiny has nearly paid for itself and given them financial freedom.

They appreciate being part of a community where they know their neighbors. The house meets all their needs: a king-sized bed in the loft bedroom, a living room that doubles as a work-from-home office, and a full kitchen for home-cooked meals.

This couple saw Baluchon’s Sauvage house and wanted one of their own! Dubbed the “little sister” of that design, the Sherpa tiny house is Marie-José and Sylvie’s full-time home.

The home has plenty of large windows, which let natural light flood in and keep the space feeling open. While most tiny homes sacrifice bathroom space, their house has a roomy one, with a walk-in shower stall and an incredible linen closet. What’s your favorite feature of this design?

Anna got her tiny house on a whim! She was renting a 3-bedroom home when a friend was going tiny. Anna loved the sound of that and contacted a local builder with an immediate build slot available—and jumped on the opportunity. Soon, she had a stunning Scandi-style tiny house on wheels and an incredible off-grid parking spot in the Tasmanian wilderness.

Initially from Sweden, Anna loved channeling the simplicity and minimalism of her home country by downsizing all of her belongings. She felt so free and got rid of years of “stuff” accumulation. Her home has a fantastic open-concept design with a tiny wood stove, a large kitchen, and a super cozy bed nook.
