Janet has been living in her tiny house on wheels, built by Cornerstone Tiny Homes in Longwood, Florida, for 3 years. The home is RVIA certified and she’s now selling it for $40,000.
She’s used a great Murphy bed on the first floor while living there, but there’s also a loft as well. It has beautiful dual-colored wooden countertops, as well as a luxurious bathroom with a flush toilet and walk-in tiled shower with a built-in seat. For questions or to make an offer, you can send Janet, the seller, an email using the contact form at the bottom of this page.

When an engineer with a love of boating approached Minimaliste to create a custom Noyer for him, he had a lot of ideas regarding what he wanted, and the end result is a gorgeous top-of-the-line tiny with all the amenities.
Trash compactor? Check. Washer AND dryer? Check. “Smart” toilet? Check. You’ll also find a dishwasher, 7 foot-long drawers, and one of the niftiest showers ever in this 10×32 tiny house on wheels.
While not all of us would need the extras in this home (I’m not sure I even want a remote-control toilet), it’s cool to see a design that makes it all happen! Check out the video tour from Minimaliste below.

There’s simply not much to dislike about this THOW! The gorgeous black and white finishes give it such an upscale look — pricing depends on final finishes, so you can contact Modern Tiny Living for a quote here.

Look at the dazzling Kiwi Tiny House by Baluchon. Their latest project was designed as a guest house for rent at Le Boulay in Segré in Anjou Bleu, France.
The tiny home features a living room with a pull-out sleeper sofa that can be blocked off from the rest of the home at night with a large curtain, giving kids a quiet place to sleep while their parents stay up. There’s a queen bed in the loft, a large 4-person dining table, and a kitchenette and 3/4 bathroom.
I really love the layout of this home, and the clever way to create separate spaces without closing off rooms with doors. Enjoy the photo tour below!

This family of three built a tiny house, but intended to sell it and live in a “big house” like “normal” people. Kathy got a full-time job to afford their new normal home, but like so many others, was furloughed because of coronavirus. Thankfully, Kathy, Tilman, and their four-year-old son were able to move out of that large home, and back into the THOW!
I really think tiny house living will only become more popular during this pandemic and it’s fall-out, which is why it’s awesome that Kathy & Tilman wrote a book about their build: “How I Designed, Planned and Built A Small House on a Trailer.” This book is aimed at the DIYer who wants to tackle a tiny house build but needs some guidance. You can buy the book here.
Check out their beautiful build below!

Meet Derrick and Kelly: They’ve been living in their DIY vintage-and-antique-filled THOW now for 2.5 years. They’ve moved it three times, and lived in both California and Montana, taking their home with them.
Living tiny has allowed them to tackle their debt and still enjoy amazing vacations like a 3-week trip to Europe! Altogether, the materials for their tiny home cost around $35,000, and nearly 60% of them were recycled or reclaimed, which makes their home super unique.
We got to interview the couple (@tinyhousebigsky) which you can read at the end of the post, and Tiny Home Tours did a fantastic video tour of their home about a year ago, which you can watch as well. Enjoy!
