This is the Aspen tiny house on wheels by Simblissity Tiny Homes that is 180 sq. ft. with an additional 80 sq. ft. in the loft.

Outside, you’ll find caramel-colored pine clapboards surround the entire home. A light green metal roof goes from full gable in the front to dormer-ed in the back for extra loft head room.

When you go inside, you’ll find beautiful knotty pine wood siding on the walls and ceiling that has a faint green hue. In the living space you’ll find an l-shaped storage couch under a large back window. There’s a small storage loft above the couch. However, the bedroom loft is especially airy with plenty of windows and space for the queen-sized bed. Hate climbing ladders? There’s a staircase to the loft with plenty of extra storage. The kitchen has a small oven and beautiful tile back-splash.

This is a Brilliant model tiny house by Tiny Diamond Homes that has triple-axles and is 30′ long.

Outside, you’ll notice this simple but classic design for a tiny house on wheels: a rectangle with tall ceilings to provide room for two lofts. It has beige vinyl siding, white trim and cranberry red shutters and metal roofing.

When you go inside, you’ll find knotting pine paneling contrasted with lovely white wainscoted cabinets. The kitchen sits kitty-corner for optimizing space and includes a tiny oven and stove top. Through the kitchen, you’ll find the bathroom, complete with a composting toilet, and a washer/dryer combo. Over the kitchen and bathroom is one loft where the bed sits, and across the house is another loft over the gray L-shaped couch. A pine ladder can be moved around to give you access to both lofts.

Tumbleweed homes are always a popular choice for tiny home enthusiasts and Ariel’s Fy Nyth home shows us why.

Outside, you’ll notice an all-weather house, encapsulated in horizontal grey siding with black trimmed windows. The house is entirely off-the-grid and features solar panels for power. It’s nestled among the trees in Wyoming where Ariel lives.

When you go inside, you’ll find the entire inside of the house lined with gorgeous pine. Ariel has an L-shaped couch in one corner that can double as a guest bed, as well as stairs that double as storage – there’s a drawer in ever step! Because she loves to cook, there’s a full stove and open shelf to store every pot and pan you can imagine. The bathroom includes a shower that Ariel uses as a closet because she prefers to shower at the gym, as well as a composting toilet. Just climb up the stairs and find a full bed tucked behind walls, as well as her house plants and a chest for more storage. Check out her video below for a full tour!

Please enjoy, learn more, and re-share below. Thank you!

A dream come true for any tiny home aficionado, this 269 Sq. Ft. home named HUS-1 by architect Torsten Ottesjö’s is situated on the Swedish Coast and looks as though it actually grew from the ground. Ottesjö’s vision  was to keep the small home just that… small! Not just for cost of building or heating it, but because he believes smaller spaces are actually superior for creatures of a human’s size.

Ottesjö designed and built the Hus-1 with a skeleton of bent, arching wood more reminiscent of a sailboat’s hull which gives the effect of  a designer hobbit hole and/or a wooden bathtub that you just want to sink into after a long day. This curved tiny home only features windows on each end of the structure and is a pretty tight fit when you’re actually inside the leaf shaped quarters. Tight fit or not, the lush surrounding landscape more than makes up for it. What do you think?

At 592 sq. ft. this modular tiny home might not be that tiny to you. For a lot of us, it’s huge. Especially if you’ve been thinking about going into 120 sq. ft. But for most families, this would definitely be considered tiny. And that’s just one of the reasons I like to share tiny and small spaces with you on a consistent basis.

And as I always say, tiny is always relative to how many people use the home and how many uses the home serves. Some people work from home, have space hungry hobbies, or maybe even have lots of guests over.

So either way I wanted to share this amazing little modular home built by Møn Huset in Denmark. It comes in modules that you can choose from. There are kitchen/bathroom modules, living room modules, and bedroom modules. This particular example uses a breezeway too. I hope you enjoy it. I have a micro home with a 10’x10′ footprint with a loft. The inside is typical of many tiny houses: small living area, tiny wet bath, small kitchen and a loft area at the front and back accessed by a ladder.

Unlike most tiny houses of similar size, this one is made using modular, composite steel technology (CST), a patented process that uses tubular steel and dense foam to create an R20 rating on the panels. There is no wood in the construction of the walls, floor and roof. It’s about half the weight of wood and almost half the cost.
