This is a student-built Lee Tiny House that’s up for online auction.
The students at the Lee County Area Technology Center, located in Beattyville, KY, have built a Tiny House with the grant funding they received from KVEC’s Building It Forward project. This is the Montauk built by Long Island’s first tiny house builders, Tiny Hamptons, LLC. We shared it on Friday, but now you can watch a full video tour on the last page!
She is 292 sq feet including the 88 sq ft loft. It has a very spacious open and airy feel like Montauk NY. A few options included are bamboo flooring throughout, quartz countertops, marble backsplash, deep custom kitchen cabinets for extra storage, full size stainless appliances, walk in closet with washer/dryer combo, fully tiled 3X4 shower with rain shower head and glass enclosure, a lot of windows to let in tons of natural light.
Cedar siding and metal roof are standard features on all builds, as well as shiplap siding on the interior. She is $75,000.
This modern build is gorgeous! Enjoy the pictures and get in touch with the Hamptons here with any questions.

This is the latest build from Liberation Tiny Homes, and once again, it’s gorgeous!
They’re calling this one the Egg Harbor Township, NJ Tiny House and it’ll be available on Airbnb soon (we’ll post the link when we have it). I haven’t seen many tiny homes with a white exterior, but the way it contrasts with the wooden “strips” is just stunning. The interior is equally as lovely, with crisp white walls, a large comfortable l-shaped couch, and two bedroom lofts accessible via storage steps and secured with artful railings.
More details on the last page, and as always, contact Liberation with any questions about the build or to get your own.

This is the Tiny House on a Christmas Tree Farm in Manvel, Texas.
The adorable tiny build has a couch that rolls out into our downstairs bed (perfect!), a well-stocked kitchen, and a comfortable bathroom. The best part, I think, has to be the pond-front view! The interior is rustic and quaint and I’d love to stay the night. Good news? You can! It’s a vacation rental on Airbnb.
