It’s pretty massive! But could be the perfect solution for some who may be looking to downsize from something much bigger, right? I think so. And there’s nothing wrong with that. This park model could also even be the perfect upgrade in size from a tiny house, travel trailer, an RV, expensive condo-living, and so on. So what do you think? It’s a 275 sq. ft. THOW built in 2018 and listed for $64,000 out of Orono, Maine. What do you think? It has now been sold, but it’s a pretty nice tiny house design/build, don’t you think?
This is the EverGreen Tiny Cottage at Tuckah Farms in North Carolina.

This is the Keva Tiny Cabin on a foundation in Salt Spring Island, British Columbia.
It’s a beautiful little home that was actually built on a trailer but then they removed it and put it on a foundation once they got it on site. Pretty interesting, right?
From the outside, you’ll notice the built-in porch that flips up and down plus the beautiful french doors to invite you in.
Once you step inside, you’ll see the industrial design that may or may not be “Steampunk” to you, but it’s very nice nonetheless. This tiny house has a large kitchen, two lofts, a living area, and a large bathroom with stacking washer and dryer and a full size bathtub.
