This 200 sq. ft. modern and rustic tiny house on wheels by Tiny House Northwest is for sale in Portland, Oregon.

It was built using as many reclaimed materials as possible along with low VOC finishes inside to keep it safe to be in.

The flooring is securely bolted to the trailer which you can learn how to do yourself with these videos.

The slanted roof keeps is spacious and simple in the upstairs sleeping loft so there’s no need for dormers which increase the chances for leaks later on because of the extra cuts and corners.

The exterior sheathing is secured by being screwed and glued to the framing.

If you already haven’t seen this 136 sq. ft. Molecule Tiny Home you’re in for a treat. To me, it’s one of the best designed and best built little houses on wheels out there. And it’s their 5th design and build. At 8’x17′ it’s one of their smallest, too.

But they were still able to add a lot of functionality, comfort, and beauty to the home as you’ll see. One of the most notable features is the fold up deck but there’s a lot more that will stand out once you go inside.

Recently Deek visited Ella Jenkins and her Tumbleweed Tiny House.

And while he was there he created a new video that you can watch below.

Ella shares her home with you while she tells you about how she lives happily in her little house on wheels.

She started the project when she was 23 years old and completed it in about one year.

You might also be excited to know that she’s sharing the house with her boyfriend. And they both play instruments which they’re able to keep in the house.

You might have already learned about the Tiny House Hotel in Laura’s recent post.

I’ve even featured a few of their tiny houses recently including the Miter Box.

The best part is that you (and anyone else) can stay in these awesome little homes.

Almost two years ago I blogged about giant sewage tubes being turned into a tiny house hotel in Mexico.

Today, so far, we’ve got three stick built tiny houses on trailers in Portland, Oregon as the country’s first official “Tiny House Hotel.”

And I’ll bet there’s more in the works. But anyways, let me introduce you to the owners and creators of this magnificent place.

Just wanted to let you know about the “Outhouse” tiny house for sale by Tennessee Tiny Homes. Update: SOLD

I actually had the chance of personally touring this micro house on wheels while at a RelaxShacks.com workshop earlier this year.

It’s available right now (unless someone already snapped it up) for just $12,500 and is located in Collierville, Tennessee.

But Joe may be willing and able to deliver for a reasonable fee if you’d like him to. So anyway, let me give you the details and photos below.

One of my favorite parts about tiny houses is actually visiting them and giving them a tour in person.

But that’s not always easy or possible. So the next best thing is drooling over photos of tiny houses online, right?

That’s why I’m so excited to show you the Almost Glamping Tiny House and introduce you to the folks behind it.

They just shared their most recent interior photos of the house and I really think you’ll enjoy it. Let’s start by showing you the exterior first though. 🙂

Isn’t it beautiful? I like how it’s perfectly symmetrical. To me, it’s so pleasing to the eye. 🙂

Let’s go inside below:

I wanted to show you this 165 square foot tiny house on a trailer that was built using slightly modified Tumbleweed Fencl plans. It has that rustic look to it that I personally love and the pictures below speak for themselves.

The interior is beautiful and features high quality home style cabinetry with a spacious kitchen/bathroom for such a tiny home. A design like this is perfect for those of you who prefer that your tiny house feels like a home over the futuristic overly-modern style like this.

Last month Dan and I got to run the first official Tiny Home Builders tiny house workshop together.

And I had a great time getting to be a part of it. Especially interacting with all of the awesome participants we got to have.

We had such a good time, that some of them even shared their thoughts and experiences with us on video.

Besides getting hands on experience, lectures from Dan, and getting questions answered during the workshop we also got to watch some of Dan’s videos during breaks and lunch time.

April is a graduate student in English at the University of Oregon.

In this video she’s interviewed on her decision to live in a tiny house on wheels.

Oregon Student Living the Tiny Life

At 19’x8′ the home is just 130-square-feet including the sleeping loft.

It’s got a tiny covered porch and you walk right into the main room. It’s a classic Tumbleweed tiny house design.

Interview: April Anson on Living in a Tiny Home

She says it’s about 114 square feet but I don’t think that includes the loft. It’s 130 including that according to Tumbleweed’s plans.

Using Reclaimed Materials to Build Tiny AND Green

Everything except the studs, shingles, roof and interior walls came from recycled materials.

The flooring came from bleachers from an old gym! Pretty cool, huh?

Welcome to April’s Tumbleweed Tiny House…
