The modern tiny cabin in Texas features 100 acres of hill country views and is a beautifully-designed modern abode. It has full-wall doors that open up to a two-tier porch, as well as a glass ceiling that allows you to stargaze in bed. So romantic!

The porch also has a built-in plunge pool, and inside you’ll have a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower that’s almost its own room. Finally, a kitchenette with a raw wood countertop overlooks the forest and porch. Would you stay here?

The Pond House, located on 19 acres of secluded woodlands, will seem worlds away from the city. The pond and abundance of trees create a peaceful backdrop for a family vacation just an hour and a half outside of New York City in Phillipsport, New York.

The cabin itself is a blend of industrial and modern, with rusty-colored siding, black-painted exposed beams, and plenty of minimalist furniture. It was designed by Sundial Studios Architect & Design. There are three bedrooms (two queens, and a bunk room) and two bathrooms. Tell us what you think!

Robert wanted to create a tiny house vacation property on his land, but didn’t want to build another one with a standard “cozy cabin” vibe which is common in Nashville, Indiana where he lives. Instead, he commissioned this fantastic two bedroom modern wonder with lovely forest views.

It has a large rectangular main living, dining and kitchen area, with dramatic high ceilings covered in birch plywood. The bathroom is dark, moody, and luxurious, and the two twin bedrooms have queen-sized beds, wardrobes and sleek minimalist furniture. Enjoy the tour below!

This is a 191 sq. ft. modern cabin designed by Olson Kundig. It’s located off the coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.

You’ll notice a large weathered steel clad panel door that slides across the window wall to secure the space. This also serves as a privacy wall for the outdoor shower.

The single room studio floor plan features wood-finished surfaces that help make it feel like a cozy sanctuary. Inside you’ll find a wood stove, bed, kitchenette, and a toilet. “The cabin is so small you have to go outside—that’s the point,” says Tom Kundig.

Please enjoy, learn more and re-share below. Thank you!

This is an eco friendly prefab timber frame house kit by Noble Homes. They sell efficient kit homes with customizable floor plans.

All the materials are easy to handle, including the lightweight SIP‘s for the walls and roof. Everything you need for the exterior of the home is contained in the kit which makes it easier to build.

Although this house is not as tiny as it looks it still has a relatively small footprint but it does boast about 1280 sq. ft. of space on single level floor plan with three bedrooms so it’s great for a family! I really like the open kitchen and living area with its large glass windows. The exposed timber beams in the living area plus the windows give the home a warm cozy feel to it too, don’t you think? Either way please enjoy and re-share below. Thank you!

Uniquely designed, this 646 sq. ft. modern cabin in Sweden has amazing indoor/outdoor living space plus great windows. Since this cabin is in the middle of the woods the idea was to keep the building process environmentally friendly. To do this the owners had the lumber pre-cut to the exact dimensions using computer technology to help reduce the disturbance in the surrounding forest.

Inside the cabin is a great indoor/outdoor living area. The kitchen looks like it has plenty of cabinets and space to cook. I did not see a picture of the bathroom but when looking at the floor plans the bathroom is just to the left of the kitchen. The downstairs also has two bedrooms. And up the floating stairs, that I just love, is a loft bedroom with more amazing windows with views of the forest.

I can see this being a great weekend retreat spot or even office space to get away from the hustling city life. Or if you are an artist or author what a great space to get creative in.

What do you think of this modern studio cabin? Although there are no interior photos how would you design the inside of this cabin? Share your comments with us below.

Situated within the rainforest of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil this modern home has views of the near by flowing river. The architect designed this 753 sq ft cabin with two giant stone walls, steel, glass and wood.

The cabin is slightly elevated off the ground which protects the home from the humid and rainy environment. The front wall is all glass with sliding door to a covered patio.

Centrally located in the home is the bathroom and closet which separates the kitchen/living/dining area from the sleeping space.

Enjoy the photos below.
