Just when I think I’ve seen it all, something like this transit bus skoolie conversion pops up, and I’m floored! This couple added slide-outs to a bus — I’ve never seen that before, and it adds an incredible amount of space to their main living area.
But the slide-outs are far from the only cool feature in this rig. They have bunks for guests, a side-by-side washer & dryer, a wine cellar, and the most incredible wooden soaking tub in the bathroom. You’ll love watching this tour below.

Amanda and Owen were planning to get married and take an 8-month-long honeymoon backpacking. They had been saving for years, but when 2020 hit, they had to pivot. So they decided on a bus conversion! The couple ended up splurging on this particular bus because it had a solid engine.
The resulting bus is absolutely lovely, with a large shower, oven and sink, beautiful pine ceilings and walls, and even a green velvet couch. They chose a residential door for the front and kept the original bus windows. Tell us what you think.

Tonya & Dustin love fitness and nutrition — they love it so much, they lead an online fitness community and are taking their short skoolie on tour around the country sharing about their health and wellness journey.
Since cooking is a huge part of nutrition, the couple made sure to have lots of prep/counter space in their skoolie build, and they didn’t skimp on a oven! They also fit in an indoor shower and composting toilet and splurged on a super-comfy Tempurpedic mattress so they get the best rest possible to fuel their bodies. Enjoy the video tour below!

When Paul was in high school, he and his dad gutted a school bus to use it for transport. It was then that the skoolie seed was planted and Paul dreamed for years of getting his own rig.
After an “unhealthy” amount of research, Paul and Audrey finally found and bought a bus and started the renovation process. It took time to complete, but now it’s been their home for about a year, and it’s lovely!
