Here’s a 360 sq. ft. houseboat studio with one full bathroom. This houseboat sold for $175,000 in Seattle, WA.
As you walk down the boardwalk where there are many other houseboats you’ll find this brightly colored floating studio. Through the front door, you will see there are lots of windows all around to bring in natural sunlight into the large spacious living room. The kitchen is off to your right side with plenty of cabinets for storage, a small oven, and mini-refrigerator. There’s also a fold-down table for dining. This is a great space-saving idea for small houses. Beyond the living area is the open bedroom and I believe the bathroom is off to the left, however not pictured here.

This 2003 Mitsubishi Fuso off grid cruiser is a guest post by Paul Jensen
I just finished the renovation of a 2003 Mitsubishi Fuso off grid cruiser. The vehicle has been around the world more than once and the country count is in the forties.
From Antarctica to the Arctic and around Australia this off grid cruiser has been lived in full time for a couple years. Heavily used, is an understatement. When I got it it was cramped and outdated. I stripped it down and made it into a refreshing, fully self contained, off grid cruiser.

I’m excited to introduce you to the Tiny Giant House project.
It’s definitely one of the most creative tiny house designs and builds I’ve ever seen and although it’s almost completed it’s still a work in progress as I write this to you.
One of the most notably unique features is the built-in chicken coop. Yes! A tiny house on wheels with an onboard chicken coop! And hold your horses because there’s even more creative goodness when you go inside. It’s definitely a must-see. Please enjoy and re-share it with your tiny house friends below because I think they’ll enjoy it too. Thanks!

This 145 sq. ft. tiny house on wheels was built by a University of Texas design student, Joel Weber, for only $20,000.
Inspired by his childhood love for tree houses Joel decided to go tiny in an effort to live debt free. Thanks to a very small loan for his home he will soon be a debt-free college graduate and a homeowner.
This home was built on a 18-foot flatbed trailer. Joel says he loves the fact that he can move the home anywhere he wants to. It’s currently parked in a family friend’s backyard.
Once you go inside the tiny house to your right is a nice lounge area surrounded by windows. The storage staircase to the sleeping loft triples as a work area and pantry for the kitchen.
The kitchen has enough room for a mini refrigerator and full size oven for home cooking. In the bathroom you’ll see there is a full shower but at the time of this writing the toilet is still currently on Joel’s project to-do list. He currently uses the main house facilities when needed.
In the future Joel hopes to design and build more sustainable tiny homes similar to his own. Please enjoy and re-share below. Thank you!

This is a 340 sq. ft. modern NYC studio apartment. As you enter the apartment you first see the open living area and the kitchen that wraps around the bathroom.
At the end of the kitchen is a small bar area for dining. And the open living area seems spacious enough to have a small gathering of friends and family over. Wouldn’t it be cool to see an expandable dining table in here?
The built-in entertainment center has plenty of cabinets to store your personal belongings and keep them out of sight. And there’s even a sleek work area with even more storage.
Around the other side of a wooden shutter divider is the bedroom. A sliding door for privacy would be great here, don’t you think?
Inside the bedroom you will see there is a closet with sliding doors along with plenty of drawers for your clothes. Please enjoy and re-share below. Thank you!
