Now this looks like a cozy spot to stay in rural New York! The yurt treehouse sits on 27 acres, and is packed with a library that’s sure to make any bibliophile happy. You’ll feel like a wise old owl, curled up in a comfy chair reading a great book with woodland views.
The treehouse itself has a porch, queen bed, and chairs, but there’s a nearby bathroom and a covered camp house for cooking/grilling.
What do you think? Would you stay here?

This awesome couple were no strangers to #vanlife — they had spent a couple years living in a van in New Zealand and working in permaculture. When they moved back to the states, they started looking all over for the perfect vehicle to make into home sweet home.
They proved that a box truck can be an excellent base for a home on wheels! Allysa and Harry purchased a 1990 Ford E350 Econoline box truck, and outfitted it with everything, including an awesome elevator bed, and a wet bath complete with a waterproof toilet paper holder.
Both of them work remotely, and have plans to find the perfect land to transform into an off-grid homestead someday. Awesome!

Silas and Jillian reached out to show us their amazing Ram Promaster, converted with a “Scandi-Japandi” aesthetic that’s clean, bright and functional!
While the couple live full-time in their Austin, Texas bungalow, they are enjoying travels in their “COVID-project” van. They recently spent six weeks on the road on their maiden voyage.
I don’t know that we’ve ever seen such a tidy, crisp van build before! Take a look and tell us what you think.

Wait until you see all the glorious storage in this park model tiny house built for Theresa by Movable Roots! The 40×10 home even has a mudroom, which was important since Theresa is placing her home on the family farm where she works — she needed a spot for those muddy boots!
Everything about the house is peaceful and soothing, from the spa-like bathroom to her navy-and-white bedroom with a huge closet. The green cabinets in the kitchen (which includes a dishwasher) feel particularly calming. Would you live in this tiny house?

I feel like it’s been awhile since we appreciated the “gooseneck” tiny house and all it has to offer. This awesome set-up is perfect for allowing a stand-up bedroom even if it isn’t on the ground floor. This great design by Mitchcraft Tiny Homes is no exception.
The lovely French doors open right up into the kitchen, which features a stylish Farmhouse sink, full stove/oven and larger refrigerator. Both bedrooms in the house are private, with a door and full wall. In the living room, the couch actually turns into another sleeping area.

All it took was a serendipitous six-hour bus ride to change Molli’s life forever. But I won’t spoil the awesome story of how she came to possess this former 70s party boat she has called home for the past six years.
The boat doesn’t sail, but it sits happily in the marina where Molli has a wonderful community of fellow boat-dwellers. She has done a huge overhaul of the interior, which includes a lovely bedroom, kitchen with a super retro 1950s oven, and even a giant bookcase for her library.
Personally I adore her boat garden, complete with tomatoes, herbs, cucumbers, eggplant and more!

This tiny house vacation has five full stars on Airbnb: Proof of what a spectacular stay you could have. This “Birch-tastic” THOW features beautiful birch-tree wall art that really brings the outdoors, inside.
There’s a lovely kitchen area, a compact bathroom, and a spacious loft bedroom with yet more birch artwork. The setting, though, really makes this THOW stand apart. It sits in a field surrounded by lovely trees, with big-sky views.

Meet Matthew, a restaurant chef with a super amazing skoolie he built out over two years with his dad. While he doesn’t travel the world, he enjoys his budget build and staying stationary, doing the job he loves! He is opening a new restaurant, as well, which is super awesome.
Inside the skoolie you’ll find a large couch (he wanted to be able to take naps on the couch), amazing live-edge counter tops, a huge kitchen sink and a magnetic knife rack with LOTS of knives. He also has a full bed and an office area in the back.
