Momo and Casey own a “big” home, but by renting it out and living in a tiny house, they have the financial flexibility to start a new business — Momo’s Michelada! The couple got a park model tiny home in an Austin tiny house community that meets their needs.
I love the video tour with them — which you can watch below — because they’re very realistic about what works and what doesn’t in their tiny space! It’s always helpful to get a real review of tiny living. What do you think?

Alexia and Lorenzo have been married for 18 years and decided to switch things up and downsize from a 2,000-square-foot home into a van. At first, they had an old-fashioned Westy, but it broke down just over the U.S. border. Their Sprinter has been far better for their off-roading adventures.
While this tour is of their van, Instagram shows they recently sold it and upgraded into an Overlander! Can’t wait to see that conversion as well. What do you think of this van setup?

They are now in the middle of a second van conversion, so they are selling “Rocket” for someone else to enjoy him! You can check out a photo and video tour below with all the specs. It’s for sale out of Silverton, Oregon for $112,900. More info is below.

When Hunter and Hannah first purchased their 1974 Vintage VW Westy, they actually had no intentions of living in it full-time. They just wanted a weekend rig and their jobs weren’t remote. But when 2020 changed everything, it finally made sense for the couple to take their now-remote jobs on the road and travel the country.
While they consider their lifestyle more “camping” than it would be in a Sprinter van, they really don’t mind. As long as it’s good weather, and they’re in nature, they pop up the roof bedroom and set up an outdoor kitchen and work area and enjoy having more of the outdoors. What do you think?

Sawyer was going for a run when he had a sudden heart attack. Thankfully, some firefighters found Sawyer and immediately got him the help he needed. That experience was the catalyst that sent him and Courtney on tiny living journey. They watched Craigslist for a while until an inexpensive, local box truck popped up.
They took their time sourcing free and inexpensive items for their build-out and the results are amazing! For just $14k, they have a fully-functional home including a wet bath and elevator bed that allows them to have a bedroom and living room all in one cozy spot. What do you think?

Last year we showed you the adorable Cottage 6363 that Stevie built using a reclaimed playhouse. He has updated the vacation property by adding his Pond House, a separate lounge space with an African theme. Both spaces come with a reservation to stay there.
The Pond House has a love seat, bar seating, and an entertainment center. The futon love seat also acts as a secondary bed if you come with an extra guest or two. Check out Stevie’s handiwork below!
