This one is one of Nanosted’s best design because it has unlike most offers a covered porch for outdoor living which is essential for the FL climate. It provides shade and extend the limited indoor space.
On my bucket list would be an added car port. It doesn’t provide shaded parking only but if connected to the cottage it helps to shorten the way for shopped groceries and allows to be independent from the weather. Beside that it extend the lifespan of your vehicle by protecting it from the elements.
Thanks so much, Michael! 😊 Great points — that covered porch really does make all the difference, especially in Florida’s heat. Love your idea about the carport too — practical and smart for keeping things cool and protected.
