Manufactured Home with Separate Garage on 5 Acres in FL

Small home, big yard! Doesn’t get much better than this. Not sure about the zoning regarding animals in this area, but what a great spot to create a large kitchen garden and raise your own food. This manufactured home looks wonderfully cared-for, and comes with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and even a dining room.

There’s a separate garage for vehicles or as a hobby workspace, as well as a large covered back porch. Part of the yard is fenced in (great for kids/dogs), but there is tons more acreage to do with as you like. Do you think manufactured homes are a good way to save on housing?

This is WRONG!! The Redfin link directs me to Washington not FL!! Too bad Bc I have a friend who would be very interested if it was in Florida. Big difference and confusing

No, it’s in BROOKSVILLE, FL 34613. So it is in Florida…

I referred to the incorrect REDFIN link. Nothing else works on my email. I’ve already deleted it but I definitely have a friend who is looking for such a property

The photos inside the singlewide are actually hilariously distorted. Especially knowing a narrow a singlewide is and all of the rooms look so wide.

True, single wides are considered narrow but they can still range between 14 and 18 feet wide. So perhaps not “hilariously” distorted if on the wider side of that range…
