One thing I have noticed in most designs now, the bathroom sink…….darn not everyone is tall, I would need a stool or step ladder to use that sink …….why can’t sinks be set down in the vanity like they used to be, this being tall is not good for bending over all the time.
It’s usually always personal choice, so just fits the owner…
Reasons are typically because they like the appearance, it allows more storage below, it can allow for a greater range of creativity and styles, it can sometimes allow for more counter space by having a smaller base, and can make it easier to run the drain lines and place the sink anywhere in the layout… But again, it’s usually all personal choice…
While, you could just lower the vanity… When everything can be custom, the only issues are the one’s you didn’t think of before moving in…
I would love to give this great little house a try , even if it does have a loft. Everything looks so nice about it!
It really has something special!
This place is a well kept secret, WV is wonderful views. Hills, Mountains, Fishing, Hunting, Rivers, white water rafting, snowshoe ski resort, Greenbrier was where Presidents came to be . Gauley Bridge, Bridge jumping day. This would be a perfect little getaway. The Monongalia National Park, forest. Harpers Ferry,
Cass Scenic Railroad.
Now I need to put it on my bucket list. I’ve never been to West Virginia!
It’s a lovely home and it actually looks lived in which is something I really like to see in these. If it’s all bare just for renting they look sad to me
This is one I would not mind giving a try.
