High School Sweethearts Turned Wedding/Elopement Photographers & Their Van Life 4

Christina & Jeremiah are the kind of couple that has beaten the odds. They were high school sweethearts — each other’s first loves — who are now happily married AND working together while living in a van!

The photographer-videographer duo captures weddings and elopements in the Western United States, all while hitting up National Parks in their 2001 Dodge Ram Camper Van. They purchased the van already built out, and have made some adjustments along the way.

They purchased the van back in November 2019, and started full-time living in it during the March 2020 lockdown. Talk about a wild ride! Enjoy their video tour with Tiny Home Tours below, and check out their Instagram here.

A Frame Chalet on Wheels: Working & Traveling 2

Sarah is a teacher, entrepreneur and traveler. First she established a successful online school, and then she hit the road in her A-Frame Chalet she’s been living in for the past 8 months. A couple hours of work in the morning, and then she has time to explore and enjoy the rest of her day!

I just love the A-Frame concept, even if it isn’t the *most* efficient use of vertical space. Plus, she can tow the super lightweight camper with her Subaru Forester, meaning she doesn’t always have to bring her whole home with her when she needs to go out for groceries.

She travels with her awesome dog, Sanders, and you’ll love her interview and video tour with Tiny Home Tours below. Follow her on Instagram here.

Tyler & Nina in their 18‘ 1993 Fleetwood Jamboree Searcher 3

Tyler and Nina are loving their life on the road in their 18‘ 1993 Fleetwood Jamboree Searcher. While the outside remains relatively untouched, they transformed the dank and dingy interior and created a light and bright living space.

Their dinette becomes their couch, and the couple admitted it stays like that most of the time. They also have a bed over the cab for sleeping. Wait until you see the once-yellow shower/toilet area transformed into a magazine-worthy itty bitty bathroom!

Enjoy the video tour and interview with Tiny Home Tours that you can watch below! You can follow the couple on Instagram here.

Budget 75 Square Foot Garden THOW in Europe 27

For years, Thilo has wanted to live off the land. When he got the opportunity to buy an old home with lovely property in Southern France, he jumped at the chance. But, he wanted to wake up and see his gardens — so he decided to build a budget tiny house!

Legally, he’s living in the tiny house while renovating his home across the street (he can have a trailer on a construction site, and it’s taken him since 2018 and he’s still “renovating”). Meanwhile he lives in the 75 square foot home with windows on three sides. It’s beautifully simple inside, with his bed, wood-burning stove, and a cooktop. He also has a nearby outhouse.

When you see the land (and his sheep!) you’ll understand why he’s chosen such an idyllic life! He shares his story below.

Custom Tumbleweed Trailer THOW

Here’s a gorgeous tiny house built on a Tumbleweed Trailer. It’s been home to Aja and Dan, and their cat, for the past four years. However, they’ve been given an opportunity to buy some land and are now planning on upsizing — so the home is for sale!

It features gorgeous skylights, a loft bedroom, galley kitchen with bright red refrigerator and a bathroom with a Nature’s Head composting toilet.

They’re asking $50,000, and it’s for sale in Margarettville, NY on Facebook Marketplace. You can scroll through their Instagram to see how they’ve been living in the THOW up until now.

Now here’s an awesome spot to enjoy your next vacation! In Bandon, Oregon you’ll find a quaint farm which is home to a little cabin tucked in the forest with cranberry bog views. Idyllic doesn’t even begin to describe it.

The cabin is simple, housing a queen-sized bed and a dressing area, and a little stove for warmth. There’s a lovely deck where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee, as well. When nature calls, just walk over to the vintage caravan that has been transformed into a cozy bathhouse, complete with a horse trough tub perfect for soaking!

Four Friends. Three Years. Two Conversions Avoiding San Fran Rent! 12

The highest-paying jobs are typically in the city, but so is the highest rent. For these four friends who wanted to enjoy life in San Francisco, that meant getting creative with their house arrangement! They started by renovating a stealth shuttle bus, which they later upgraded, and then they added a box truck to the mix.

These homes-in-disguise allowed them to park around the city for nearly three years! Unfortunately COVID made it tricky to keep living in their bathroom-less houses, so they’ve been temporarily renting the vehicles out to adventurers while “house-living.” But hey, it’s a great way to make a little side cash!

The murals on the ceilings of both homes are breathtaking — be sure to check out all the details in the video with Tiny House Giant Journey below.

BEAUTIFUL-FAMILY-TINY-HOUSE-(11-of-11)

Deb and Pete wanted to get rid of their mortgage and move closer to Pete’s parents while his mother was fighting cancer. After losing her battle, Deb and Pete have been able to be right next door to Pete’s dad and support him through the difficult aftermath — all while living debt-free now that they’ve sold their traditional home.

The tiny house they have now is gorgeous, and the coolest feature has to be the large deck that pretty much doubles their living space in nice weather. Inside the French doors you’ll find their living space with a big L-shaped couch, and then storage stairs that take you into the loft bedrooms. Their daughter has her own bedroom in the very back, with an itty-bitty door to give her a quiet, private spot.

And just wait until you see the kitchen! It’s bigger than many kitchens in “normal” homes. You can enjoy the full tour with Bryce Langston below.
