This is the Sea Foam Gooseneck Tiny House located on the Oregon coast of Waldport over at Tiny Tranquility.
The tiny house features a bedroom over the gooseneck area of the trailer which is only three steps up, there’s also a full kitchen, bathroom, and living area with a sofa that turns into an additional sleeping space.

Tiny Tranquility in Waldport is one of the better-known tiny house communities on the Oregon coast, and it runs a waitlist — which is what makes a home already sited there worth more than the house alone. This one occupied lot #30: a 30-foot build from 2018 with 255 square feet inside.
Buying it meant stepping past the queue and taking on the lot at $700 per month, which is the real calculation with any community home. The purchase price is a one-off; the lot rent is permanent.
Editor’s note: this home was listed at $125,000 in 2022 and has sold. Tiny Tranquility is still operating and maintains a waitlist — their site is linked below, along with current listings.

The current wait list for Tiny Tranquility Park is approximately 5 years out. However, since this tiny house is already located in the park, the Buyer has the option to keep the home in its current site and move in immediately, subject to successful completion of an application and background check.

This is a modern and minimalist one-level tiny house in Sweden called the KEU Mobile Home.
The 37m2 (398 square feet) home includes a multi-functional living area/bedroom with a sofa bed, a luxurious bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen with a murphy-bed style dining table that hides away when not in use.

Rebekah wanted a place of her own and designed a custom tiny house with Mini Mansions, making her dreams a reality. Her home is bursting with storage but still feels open and functional. She now lives with her husband Luke and cat Peach in their teeny tiny space.

This is the story of how one man turned his 2007 Lexus GX470 into his overland vehicle for traveling and working remotely as a software engineer. He retrofitted the vehicle to house all of his basic living needs including a rear kitchen with a refrigerator and a rooftop tent with 300W of solar panels.

Rich and Robin had enjoyed camping in large RVs over the years, but storing the RV was expensive and they always needed reservations to travel. When Robin was diagnosed with cancer again, they decided to convert a van for easier, more spontaneous travel.
Now they can leave home at a moment’s notice with everything they need in a self-contained, stealthy off-grid van. The project inspired them to retire early and travel full-time—a reminder that life is precious and worth living now.
