This is the 98 sq. ft. simple tiny house on wheels!

It was originally built on 2006 and lived in as a Key West beach cabin. Later is was moved to the Ozarks and used as a starter cabin until 2015.

Now it’s in East Tennessee, being lived in full time, and available to buy if you want it (while it lasts)!

It’s amazing how she was able to get so many features in so small a space!

The amount of storage in the kitchen, in fact all over (inside and outside) is phenominal and yet it does’t seem claustrophobic with the exception of the loft. . Only possible minor drawbacks are the loft (but it must work for the lady in the pics who is tall) and the (imho) unfinished appearing/not insulated bathroom and I wasn’t sure if there was a shower as well as the toilet. Love the clothes storage especially that there is hanging storage. And all for the minimal price of $15K. Totally amazing.

There’s no such thing as a simple tiny house on wheels, their all unique and they all have complication and rewards. This is a nice house.
