Tiny Cabin on 5 Acres For Sale in the Ozarks

This is a tiny cabin on 5 acres for sale in the Ozarks.

There is an extra RV spot now where the tiny house used to sit. The realtor describes it as a place for preppers due to the solid concrete building that is a multi purpose room and safe room from tornado’s. It has double rebar in 8 to 9″ of solid concrete. Has it’s own electric and electrical panel box. Insulation is in. Just nest some finish work, but it could be an extra cabin, bedroom or whatever a buyer wants to use it for. It turned in to my packing/shipping area and a place to keep things I collect to sell. It used to be a bedroom. Cabin needs a little finish work, but all of the hard work is done! It is hard to find 5 acre parcels with timber. They are the most sought after because people can hunt on them.

Hmmm. Kind of a neat idea to put collectibles and display pieces on the ceiling…uses all the available space, at least.

I count four ways to cook things in that kitchen. Made me giggle a bit. :)

Your home is settled on a really nice piece of property, it looks very peaceful there. I bet you get to see all kinds of wildlife passing through your land. That was a smart idea to have a safe house build on your property and right next to your home, especially in this time and age between the tornadoes and what’s going on the world today. Your home is very interesting with all of your collectibles! Actually my husband’s grandmother had the exact same bureau that you are using to hold your counter up. That seems to be working out great for you not only can you use as a bureau but it works nicely in your kitchen. Your ceiling looks like a work of art if you don’t want to get rid of your stuff and a lot of tiny homes don’t have the room to display their things, that was a great idea to display it on your ceiling. I bet that makes a nice conversational piece. What is on the ceiling in your bedroom?? I have to say it’s different. It looks like you put a lot of work into it. I’m sure you won’t have any problems selling your home. Maybe an investor will buy your property and rent the land to tiny homes or sell off sections of future home buyers. I wish you a lot of happiness in your next endeavor!! Carol🌻🌷

First of all, I would buy it in a wink, but it’s too far away for me right now. I can’t move anywhere right now because I take care of my mom 24/7. But when the time comes, if this is still available or something like this, no second thoughts. We definitely get rid of all the junk and remodel, but 5 acres and peace is really worth it. Looks like a great project to take over as my husband and I enjoy make overs like this one. Also found the perfect furniture with storage for these tiny houses or even small apartments. Check it out at Tight Space Furniture dot com and don’t forget to share it!
