I love this home too, especially the kitchen. One thing that catches my eye is that three of the stair steps don’t have a supporting board below them to transfer the load of a human body’s weight on downward to the floor. This is a very nice design.

Will they ship it to Hawaii??? I am interested ;o)

Janet… there are tiny house builders in Hawaii. What island are you on?

      • April 18, 2016, 12:55 am

I am on Oʻahu. Have contacted Brandon Hardin and hopefully he can build one for me… do you know of any others on Oʻahu? I am anxious to start the design process because I am selling my house in June and have just put a bid on a piece of property… not sure what the turn around time is to build one, but have been looking at plans for about a month now and I know what I want in it ;o)

Why are you anxious about starting to build a tiny house? No need to be anxious or worried. It’s supposed to be a fun project from what I’ve heard. Of course I can understand your concern that you get prepared before building, but sometimes we just have to jump in after we’ve done all we can do to prepare. Good luck… don’t be ANXIOUS… be EAGER!!

anxious meaning want to get started, not scared, but now I donʻt have to build because I just bought this one ;o)))))

this house is gorgeous, but I thought the purpose of tiny houses was not to have a such a big mortgage, not saying that 65000 would be that much..but for those like me that really want to cut back, I do not want to pay 65000!

Beautiful. But I would put in a freestanding apartment size stove. Also no furniture built ins. I want to use my own furniture. Great job .

A five burner gas stove in a tiny house? How about a two burner inductive cook-top and save the space for living. Nobody is going to use five burners at once in a tiny house.

    Honestly. Who programmed this?

My guess anyone who loves to cook and entertain would like a 5 burner stove. I know I would want one.

Perhaps this particular owner likes to can stuff like our grandmothers did. I know from experience you will use at least 4 burners all at once to do canning. I’ve even done a 4 jar batch of jam canning more than once (not much to store but still used all 4 burners).

Yes, this new owner will be doing gardening and canning ;o)

I love that the staircase has a guard rail! It’s such an important feature- it’s great to see that builders are beginning to embrace it.

Hello, How do I contact the person to buy it? How much? What state? Who do I email, call? Should I leave my contact info. Please help.

Very pretty, very comfortable feeling. Looks like excellent construction with high end finishes. Given its size though, I am wondering where the clothing storage is? Any buyer who has a need for a 5 burner stove is going to have a “wardrobe” too. LOL All I see is the open storage under the stairs and the storage presumably under the built in seating. It also seems to be lacking eating space. Again, if you cook to the tune of a 5 burner stove, you are likely to have company for dinner. If there is hanging storage and a table and seats somewhere, maybe the builder needs to photographically demonstrate these assets too.

its not a 5 burner stove, it is a 4 burner. and there is a full length closet by the bathroom for clothes storage, along with a full dresser in the main loft that isnʻt shown in the photos. There is also a lot of storage in the overhead compartments as well as a small table in the living area. I stayed overnight in the house last week and signed the papers yesterday to purchase. It is perfect! I am also planning to have a covered deck built and will have a table with seating on the deck as well. The house is coming to Hawaii and I am thrilled.

Alex, This one is beautiful. I would add another set of stairs to the other side (which I have seen on another tiny house). Not a fan of ladders. Good job Alex.

appears spacious and liveable. the price is right for the size and quality. These “RV like” tiny rolling houses are eligible for a mortgage and the interest is deductible from federal Income taxes, the same as a stationary house.

This is a lovely design and a real cooks kitchen. The only thing I am not too keen on is the lino in the kitchen and bathroom.

Windows? yes they have a few but to me a window is one that can OPEN and allow fresh air/circulation into the structure. The door does have glass and allow light in. Every tiny house has its’ own benefits and things that most people would change to suit our preferences. namaste, rachel

Most of the windows do open, only the ones on the top sides do not… I know, because I stayed overnight in it… and I just bought it ;o))))

Nice layout but more room than I need. Also, I could get by with a smaller stove.
