I’m excited to share this 8′ x 20′ tiny house for sale with you because it’s designed and built by one of my favorite tiny house builders… Molecule Tiny Homes.

Inside you’ll find two lofts… One is made for storage and the other as your bedroom which you can access through a custom built staircase. The bedroom sleeping loft also has dormers so it feels extra spacious up there. Nice, right? And it even has a little bathtub which many tiny homes don’t always get. You can see it all below.

Molecule did a great job with the kitchen which you’ll be able to see and judge for yourself below. So please enjoy the tour, re-share it with your tiny house friends, and if you’re interested this tiny house on wheels is for sale with an asking price of $58,000. That’s no chump change, but it’s a high quality tiny house and it’s ready to tow and move into! Absolutely no work needed (so please don’t comment about the price being unaffordable because we all already know it’s a whole lot of money. Instead, take some of the design ideas and inspiration you see since that’s always free here).

This is an 8’6″ x 20′ craftsman style bungalow tiny house on wheels by Molecule Tiny Homes. It has a beautiful kitchen with an oversized farm-style sink. I think you’ll love it! You know, anytime they build something new for their clients I’m thrilled because they always seem to do an amazing job so I highly recommend if you’re interested to schedule your build with them.

And this time, it’s no different. This awesome little home has everything you could ask for in a tiny house. There are two lofts with dormers. The main loft is 8’x10′ and the second one is 8’x8′. You’ll also find that it has a unique and absolutely beautiful interior with plenty of storage space, a wonderful bathroom, and a gorgeous (and useful) kitchen. Please enjoy, talk about it in the comments, and re-share below.

In this post I wanted to show you Molecule Tiny Homes latest tiny house project which is a 9′ x 20′ home built on skids.

It was built for a client so it’s already sold for $45,000 USD. That might sound like a lot of money but it’s a ready made, ready to live in tiny home. A really nice one too. Inside there’s even a full size soaking bath tub and staircase to a 9’x10′ sleeping loft. And much more. You just have to look at it below.

I had to tell you about this used Molecule Tiny House for sale on craigslist right now. (update: sold)

It’s a Molecule Tiny Home which I personally love. The owner wants to sell it because he wants an apartment and some extra money to start a business (according to the ad).

As of now the ad says the home is one an a half years old (which sounds about right). It can be used as an RV or parked as a cabin with hook ups.

There’s also a truck (1987 GMC 3500 with 10′ load deck) available that you can buy from him to tow it with (see below).

I was so excited to see this video released by Kirsten Dirksen of Faircompanies where she takes you inside the world of Molecule Tiny Homes.

In it you’ll get a complete tour with Jason Dietz (owner/builder) as he shows you an amazingly built (and designed) 136 sq. ft. tiny home.

You’ll also get a glimpse at one of his largest tiny house builds, too…

If you already haven’t seen this 136 sq. ft. Molecule Tiny Home you’re in for a treat. To me, it’s one of the best designed and best built little houses on wheels out there. And it’s their 5th design and build. At 8’x17′ it’s one of their smallest, too.

But they were still able to add a lot of functionality, comfort, and beauty to the home as you’ll see. One of the most notable features is the fold up deck but there’s a lot more that will stand out once you go inside.

Just got an email this morning from the folks over at Molecule Tiny Homes.

Remember their surfer’s oceanfront tiny house that they built for a client?

And their spacious tiny home with a flip down porch?

Another Spacious Tiny Home on Wheels by Molecule Tiny Homes…

I love Molecule’s tiny house designs and builds because they look and feel like I could easily live in them. Not sure if you feel the same way…

So here’s a tiny house you might have a dream about tonight. It’s from a builder called Molecule Tiny Homes. The most notable feature is the porch which flips up and down.

I like this feature because wherever you might land, you can easily extend your outdoor space without having to actually build a deck or anything. In addition, you get to maximize the interior space as much as possible since the porch flips out. This is something I’ve always wanted to see incorporated into a little house on wheels, so I was thrilled to see it.
