Good on her. People must begin to understand that there is no government regulation or political solution for the high housing prices. It is all a matter of our mindset. The more people that start to break away from the system, the more the system will have to adapt to better serve the people.
WHAT NEVER GETS REPORTED
Lot of dreck about this. Two facts, NOT reported —
1. Vans have *engines* and systems that need to be maintained. Can be costly $$$.
2. That young lady is in her peak earning years that are foundational to a solid base for Social Security. Period.
You don’t do that .. your later years are going to be a nightmare. Do the math.
Houses have systems that need to be maintained and they are more costly than the systems in a vehicle.
Social Security…greatest Ponzi scheme ever created.
So, you did NOT do the math.
You can work for Pelosi and Schumer. Congrats.
Awesome to see Jennelle on here. I watch her on youtube, great channel. I love how homey, her van is and how big it seems. Great job.
It might seem big but in reality it isn’t. My 20 year old self would never have been able to do this. My 65 year old self is getting a hernia just thinking about doing this… 🤣
Every Grandparents wish for their Children and Grandchildren….Intelligent managing of herself and doing what she can do to be independent and successful…She will LIVE and Inspire her whole life…Most of us 75 year olds WISH we had her courage and commitment at her age…She is a pioneer and true goal setter for all to come after. KUDOS
Well said, Bill, thanks so much. Hope you have a great day.
Looks like beating lack of housing and high rent in either Humboldt or Santa Cruz?
Hard work for her to convert that mess to this beautiful home. Love the set up, the colors, and most of all ALFREDO!!
Do you work and go to school? Where do you park your van to sleep most of the time?
