Jen contacted us because she’s selling the tiny home, she shed, and storage unit she has lived in for the past three years. What’s super awesome is that the park model home sits on almost five acres in New Mexico! So you’ll have a permanent spot for your tiny lifestyle.
The main home has a first-floor bedroom layout and features a full bathroom, bedroom, and spacious living area. In the storage unit, there’s the water heater and washer and dryer (as well as space to store plenty of things!). The she-shed is set up as a magical space to get away from it all, and could be transformed into a guest cottage.

This Property Has Two Tiny Homes and a Storage Unit!
Here you can see the main home and the storage unit.
Let’s go inside!
The spacious covered porch.
Plenty of room for patio furniture.
The front door takes you into the living room.
Which opens up into a spacious kitchen.
All full-sized appliances and plenty of counter space.
I’m loving the pot rack as a way to use the high ceilings efficiently.
Now to the ground floor bedroom.
The mirrors disguise the closet.
Tons more storage in here all around.
You could replace the kitchen table with a couch.
There’s a tiled shower stall.
And there’s an RV toilet and vanity.
Now time to check out the storage shed!
It’s simplistic, but just what you need.
The inside is insulated, but unfinished.
This is also where the washer and dryer are located.
Oh and the water heater!
Now to the barn! It’s a she-shed and could become a second tiny home.
How lovely!
This place feels ethereal and magical.
It could easily become a whole other tiny home.
Or a great studio! Or guest room.
Plus there are five acres of land.
Lots of pine trees.
And this cool old tree.
Would you like living here?
It’s for sale! Asking $219,000.
Looking at that she shed from a distance.
And it’s fenced off.
View from the porch.
Seller’s Story:
Our tiny house is a 2019 Cavco Malibu Park Model and we also have a fabulous she shed on the land, located adjacent to the Lincoln National Forest in southern New Mexico on almost 5 acres with power and a well. I’ve been fascinated by tiny houses since reading The Big Tiny and this house was very affordable, making it possible to fulfill our dream of living on our land. It’s currently for sale and we would consider owner financing for the right people.
We loved our three years in the tiny house in the big forest, but now we are going to indulge our love of old houses in historic districts and we’ve moved to Illinois. I wish I could take the house and the she shed with us, but I’m excited about the next project, making a great room out of a huge old attic!
