Floating Staircase in this THOW on an 1810 Peach Farm

Britney traded three goats and a sheep to get the epic floating staircase made from old barnwood installed in her tiny home. She uses the THOW as a vacation rental on her family’s peach farm, which has been theirs since 1810!

It’s 27 feet long and 9 feet wide, and the frame was built by a secondary trade school. Inside you’ll find a white interior complimented by tons of vintage and thrifted items, including a funky mustard yellow couch! Outside there’s a private deck area with views of the orchard.

This is a private and secluded Tiny River House that’s loft-free and packed with amenities! Built on a military ammunition trailer, this is a unique THOW build you won’t find elsewhere. The lovely board and batten exterior blends into the landscape.

Inside you’ll find a cozy queen bed with stunning river views — the perfect spot to relax and sip a cup of coffee in the morning! The sliding glass doors let you open up the home to beautiful natural surroundings. The home has a kitchen with everything you need minus an oven, and a bathroom with a dry flush toilet and shower.
