The Tumbleweed Cypress Tiny House on wheels is one of my favorite designs on trailers so I’m showing it to you here because it might be a great option for you or someone you know.

The Cypress is part of the Tumbleweed tiny house design family and is available in 18′ (130 sq. ft.), 20′ (144 sq. ft.), and 24′ (172 sq. ft.) sizes.

When you walk inside there’s some open living space and a sitting nook. There’s also a very nice kitchen with a built-in washer/dryer unit too. When you walk to the back of the house you can get to the bedroom and bathroom. Then there’s also a built in staircase with storage that leads you to the upstairs sleeping loft.

You can also get it with dormers in the sleeping loft for more spaciousness. Please enjoy the photo and video tour then re-share if you want to below. Thank you.

Right now I’m introducing you to Eddie and Lacey who are a couple living tiny in an Austin, Texas RV Park.

Back in 2010, they attended a Tumbleweed tiny house workshop. Later on, they bought their Tumbleweed trailer, the DVD, and the Cypress tiny house plans.

Now, a few years later, they’re almost done with their DIY Tumbleweed Cypress 18 Tiny House on Wheels. And they’re already living tiny while getting some finishing touches done on their tiny home.

This 172 sq. ft. Tumbleweed Mica Tiny House on Wheels is 20 feet long.

The outside is finished with hot rolled steel. Over time it oxidizes and gives it a rustic look and feel that’s easy to maintain.

The Mica is designed with the wheels completely under the house which helps give the ability to easily install a sliding glass door.

It’s a one level tiny house design without an upstairs sleeping loft. So if you don’t like ladders and still want to go tiny, something like this might be a good option.

This Tumbleweed Tiny House in Prarieville, LA. After 3 years of tiny living, Jeremy & Renee Molley are selling their tiny home because of an addition to their family.

It was built in 2012 in Monroe, Washington using Tumbleweed Fencl (now known as Cypress) plans. They built the home themselves with the help of friends who are professional builders and carpenters. Please enjoy more details and photos below.

Meet Jenna and Guillaume. They’re a DIY tiny house couple who’ve built a 20′ tiny home on wheels and now they’re getting ready to travel around the United States for one year with their little house in tow!

They started building their home in California but ended up finishing it in Illinois. In the video you’re about to see below- thanks to Deek at Relaxshacks.com– they’re in Philadelphia at a Tumbleweed workshop.

Definitely watch the entire video below- and pay attention too- because you’re going to get to see tons of space saving techniques. Plus some creative (yet simple) use of multi-functional furniture that you may not have ever thought of before.

Doug built his own 8’x20′ Tumbleweed Cypress 20 Overlook tiny house on a trailer. He started building it almost 3 years ago and has been living in it while finishing it.

All while also keeping a job. But now he’s finished and has invited us to come to get the tour thanks to Deek. Doug used glass storm doors to create one of the world’s tiniest sunrooms at the entrance instead of the usual porch. With this design idea he’s been able to generate solar heat using the sunroom and what he does is simply open his front door to let some of the heat into the cabin for passive solar gain.

Doug doesn’t spend more than $104 per year to heat his tiny house and just $176 per year on energy total. That’s a total of just $14.66 per month on utilities!
