This is the Creative Animal Tiny House on Wheels built by 84 Lumber, and it’s a tiny house on a mission!

The Creative Animal Foundation wants to help people live more sustainable lives in order to make the world a better place:

In 2017 & 2018, we are taking our message on the road to visit 50 cities in a tiny home on wheels. Along the way, we will build an online community of over 1 million people, create a video journal to showcase wildlife and people who are making the world a better place, and speak at schools, universities, businesses, and festivals.

Take a look at their amazing home and then watch their super in-depth video tour below the pictures!

This is the Minimalist Echo Yurt by Echo Living. The amazing building sits at the Loch Ken Eco Bothies in Scotland, and you can rent the yurt for 3, 4 or 7 nights.

I absolutely love the living “green” roof and the stellar location. The home features a very modern and minimalist interior that includes a wood stove, kitchen, bathroom, and double bed.

Ever wondered what happens when a college student’s off-campus housing plans hit a dead end and a joking conversation takes a serious turn? Meet Hannah and her dad, Mike, who decided to roll up their sleeves and build a tiny house from scratch in just six months! Dive into their inspiring journey of transforming a wrecked travel trailer into a cozy, off-grid-ready home and discover the creativity and dedication that went into making this dream a reality.

This is Hannah’s Tiny House which she built in six months with the help of her dad, Mike.

Hannah attends college away from home, but was ready to move out of her dorm situation. However, her off-campus options kept falling through:

We joked around about building a tiny house, but the more we joked, the more serious the actual plan became and lo and behold we decided to take the plunge.

Read more about their journey below!

This is Mini Mansions Tiny Home Builder‘s 20’ Chic Shack Lime Green THOW that’s for sale.

I went through this terrible phase in middle school of wanting everything — from my shoes to my backpack — to be lime green. Instead of embodying my 13-year-old self’s idea of fashion, Mini Mansions creates a bright, classy and chic home with grey bead board, white trim and just the right number of beautiful lime green touches worthy of a true adult (Love that door!).

Jeremy Matlock of Rogue Valley Tiny Home Construction in Oregon built himself this Custom Clearstory home from mostly reclaimed materials.

The little house cost him about $10,000, and he lived in it for two years before selling the 270 sq. ft. abode. Since then he moved on to his second (and now third!) tiny house build:

This is how it all began. Sick and tired of simply scraping by and throwing money away every month on rent I decided to build my first tiny house. I lived very comfortably in this 18″ house for two years and absolutely loved it. This was built using mostly reclaimed materials and was finished for under $10K. Some of it’s unique features include: Roof-top deck off the sleeping loft, gravity-fed outdoor shower/32″ indoor shower, composting toilet, removable deck, 10 windows, dog door, wood stove, drop in two burner propane stove, double basin sink, propane on-demand water heater, professional hand made couch cushions, breakfast nook, hatch loft door, and much much more.

These are some very nifty tiny mobile showcase for products at the Subaru WinterFest, built by F9 Productions.

Not only can you walk up to the top and hang out while watching the skiers and snowboarders zoom down the mountains, you can head inside to see some cool merchandise or sit under the giant folding awnings and enjoy a hot beverage! Cool 🙂 (or should I say, warm!).

Just some more inspiration for tiny retail spaces! They called this project “Tiny House Two.”

I think there’s a general consensus on Tiny House Talk that Abel Zimmerman Zyl, of Zyl Vardos, is a master tiny house craftsman. Therefore, we should all be excited for his newest build, Belinda’s Little Bird!

The home features stunning french doors, no loft, tons of storage and a beautiful tiny Hobbit wood-burning stove. He finished it just recently, thus it’s snow-covered exterior! Abel said the house is now on a farm in Pennsylvania. Perfect!

I just showed you Jeremy Matlock’s first tiny house build, and here’s his second, the Nautical House! It got its name because people often said it looked like it belonged on water — and I totally agree. Matlock says it was probably an unconscious decision stemming from the 20 years he spent making a living on the water.

It was for sale for $39,500, but alas, has already been purchased! To explore more amazing tiny homes like this, join our Tiny House Newsletter.
