Because park models are rarely moved, you can usually get them wider than the legal road allowance, which allows for a spacious living space. That’s very true in this 15×35 Monarca model with plenty of elbow room!
Remarkably it comes with a lovely covered porch on the outside, but the interior is also grand with a spacious living room, downstairs bedroom with a closet, and a well-designed bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. It’s for sale now in Loop Liberty Hall, Texas for $83,000. What do you think?
Do you remember this 350 sq. ft. Serenity Tiny House a couple built in 2017? It was an excellent DIY build, and they only spent $15K at the time on materials (missing the days when that was possible!). Well, they’ve outgrown the home and are ready to sell it — it’s in Texas now.
It features a loft bedroom with storage stairs as well as a loft living room where a comfy bed faces the TV set-up. The bathroom has a washing machine and a smaller stock tank tub, and there’s a spacious kitchen for lots of home cooking. Take a look below!
Here’s a gorgeous two-loft THOW designed and built custom by Tiny Topanga. The client chose the most amazing tile for their walk-in shower that steals the show from the rest of the well-designed house.
You enter the door into the living room/office space that could fit a nice little sofa, and then turn into the galley kitchen with beautiful butcher block countertops. There’s a loft bedroom up a set of storage steps and another bedroom/loft area on the opposite side of the house. What do you like most?
Here’s a “best of both worlds” situation — you can buy this tiny house and leave it on a lovely 1/3 acre lot in Woodstock, OR! The current owners lease the lot for $600/month, including water, sewer, garbage, and electricity. And there’s even a garden with raised beds and fruit trees! If you ever want or need to, though, you can take the tiny house and leave.
They are selling the house with or without the lot, so if you want the tiny home without the spot, you can buy it for $90K. It features a loft bedroom, a galley kitchen with a laundry unit, a storage couch, and a spacious bathroom with a Nature’s Head composting toilet.
We’re excited to introduce you to a new tiny house builder: Smith Tiny Homes! Here’s their story:
My husband and I both built this together. This was our first time building a tiny house. He has 30 years in building. I have none. We started our business in summer/fall 2022. Our business is Smith Tiny Homes, Smith, Tiny and Solar. The idea behind our business is with my husband’s 30 years in construction, and we lived off the grid for 5 years, really why not. The cost of living is terrible. With that in mind we try to keep the cost of our tiny homes down.
Check out the pictures below of their model tiny home, which is for sale for $75K.
