The folks at Tiny House Building Company in Virginia recently built a 13 ft. tee-tiny trailer that manages to pack in a bathroom, kitchenette, living room, loft bedroom AND downstairs bedroom! Seriously. It’s pretty impressive what all they fit into this little guy. It sold and a similar build would cost about $35,000.

It was built by Tennessee Tiny Homes (and is RVIA certified) for a family with two teenagers, and as such includes two lofts that could fit queen-sized beds and a downstairs bedroom that fits a full or queen. There’s also a living room, kitchen (with hook-ups for a propane stove/oven) and bathroom with an RV flush toilet and 36″ x 36″ shower.

Beautiful custom-built tiny travel trailer or tiny home
“Cultivating the riches of less” is the mantra of Moksha Woodwork designs, the builder of Incubate. It has a two burner Atwood cook stove, sink with gravity feed facet, four LED light sconces, large solid maple kitchen counter and maple sliding cabinet doors. The sofa folds out into a full size bed, two large trunk storage cabinets behind sofa, and Douglas Fir plywood interior paneling. The exterior features a mix of salvaged and new redwood and cedar siding, 26 gauge galvanized sheet metal covers the arch roof and sides.
This is a Massachusetts Minim Tiny House that’s for sale in Andover, MA.
Completed at the beginning of 2015, this modern tiny house was built using the plans for the original Minim house. The Minim design contains a number of unique elements, including a roll-out bed & office in lieu of the traditional lofted bedroom, an extra 2 1/2 feet of width, an open “studio” feel and multiple banks of large windows.
