Update: Sold. It’s a 24′ model with an upstairs sleeping loft that has dormers to increase spaciousness. When you go inside you’ll find a kitchenette, bathroom, living area, and the sleeping loft.

This is the Jefferson Tiny House on Wheels designed and built by Liberty Cabins in Crescent City, Northern California. The main floor offers about 176 sq. ft. of space with an additional 123 sq. ft. of sleeping loft space upstairs.
It’s an 8′ x 25′ design with a cost of approximately $44,000. This model comes with pine walls and bamboo flooring and the entire structure is secured to a custom-made heavy-duty double axle utility trailer.

Tiny Heirloom is a new tiny house builder in Portland, Oregon that focuses on luxury tiny homes on wheels hand-built.
And right now I wanted to show you one of their very first tiny houses on a trailer with dormers. Tiny Heirloom offers off grid designs, on-grid homes, wind and solar power, and more.
One of my favorite features of this little house is the orange painted door with modern hardware. There’s a covered front porch to keep the rain off of you while unlocking your door.

It was built for a customer in Orlando and just arrived there about an hour ago. The Dorian features:

I first met Graham Wales at a tiny house workshop in Wilmington, NC last year.
He immediately told me about his dreams of becoming a tiny house builder by starting his own company to offer design/build services.
I thought that was awesome and it gets better because today he’s accomplishing exactly what he told me along with completing his first tiny house on wheels project that I’m excited about showing you here today.
The house he built is called: The Inaugural. And his company: East Coast Tiny Homes. (Update: East Coast Tiny Homes is no longer in business)
