Luz started her tiny living journey by building out the back of her Subaru Forester. After about 8 months on the road, she upgraded to her awesome A-Liner camper, which she lives in full-time (without running water!). She has some solar-powered battery banks to charge her devices and uses solar lights indoors.

During her life on the road, she co-founded Latinx Hikers, a community for Latinx travelers, nomads, and outdoor enthusiasts. She doesn’t sugar-coat how scary it was at the beginning to travel alone as a woman of color, but some two years into the adventure, she has finally found her stride. Enjoy her interview below!

Jennifer lost her beloved dog, her father, her job and a serious relationship all within 6 months in the middle of the pandemic outbreak. While plenty of people would sink into despair (and rightfully so!), Jennifer used the tragedy as a launching pad to set out on the #vanlife she always dreamed of living.

The time alone forced her to sit with her feelings and process the heaviness of the grief she endured — and she’s come out better on the other side. In the interview below, she offers tips for staying safe while traveling alone — and conquering fears. Enjoy!

After her divorce five years ago, Bev decided to satisfy her wanderlust and travel the world. Of course, the pandemic shut down her international travel plans last year. One of her friends offered to sell Bev her van — and after camping with her friend to try it out, Bev decided to go for it!

She has possibly the most glamorous van we’ve ever featured here — every inch is bedazzled with rhinestones, tassles or something “pretty” to make it look and feel like Bev’s personal space. The cream and tan interior feels light and feminine, and it houses everything she needs.

Inside you’ll find her beautified toilet, sparkly sink set-up, and even a Brad Pitt pillow that goes wherever she goes. Enjoy the complete tour from Tiny Home Tours below! You rock, Bev!

Meet Jude! This wonderful woman is living in her truck home and using her golden years to travel the gorgeous country of New Zealand (we’re all jealous!). She has a YouTube channel where she shares all the cool places she goes and what it’s like to live tiny.

Her home features a giant picture window where she can sit and read, but that transforms into a single guest bed with a pulley bed! She also has a double bed which she sleeps on that pulls out from the couch. She takes a couple of steps up to her kitchen area complete with an awesome pull-out pantry, and her 3/4 bathroom is at the back of the home.

Enjoy her video tour at the end of the post!
