Here’s a fun spot to unwind for a weekend getaway! This adorable A-frame looks like it was based on some of Deek’s A-Frame plans, and the result is a great off-grid glamping cabin.

It sits on a little farmette where there are ducks and chickens and fresh strawberries. The nearby water and overgrown foliage provide a home for local wildlife.

Take a look at it below! I want to build one now.

Why stay in a typical cabin when you could have a unique stay in the Pachinko Cabin? This bespoke off-grid wonder sits on 20 acres of land and has no running water or electricity, but provides an experience unlike any other.

There’s a hand-crank Victrola, wood-burning stove for heating and cooking, and 5-10 gallons of water for drinking and washing. An outhouse is nearby, and during the warmer months there’s a shower house too. Climb the Lapeyre stairs into the bedroom, which features standing-height ceilings and a full-sized bed.

Enjoy the photo tour below and book your stay at Airbnb.

Looking for a true off-grid experience? This secluded log cabin in Vermont is an amazing little spot on nearly 20 wonderful acres of land.

You won’t have wifi or electricity, but there’s seasonal solar-powered water in the sink & outdoor shower and a wood stove to warm you up! These accommodations are definitely basic, but just what you might need to escape the rat race and get back to nature for a few days.

It’s located close to hiking trails, rock climbing, swimming holes, kayaking, fishing, golfing, mountain biking, skiing and snowboarding! So you’ll find ways to fill your time even if you can’t log into Netflix.
