This 34′ Tiny House Mansion has just about everything you could need for family tiny house living, including a downstairs queen-sized bedroom!
With 400 square feet, this home is just about “park model” sized, and there are two additional lofts for children or guests to sleep in, with closet space built in.
There’s also a lovely galley kitchen with an induction cooktop, a washer/dryer combo unit that’s brand new, and a bathroom with a flush toilet and a standing shower. The seller is asking $78,500 on Tiny House Marketplace. Contact them here.
The beautiful house comfortably sleeps six people with a king loft, first floor master bedroom, a guest queen loft and even a pull-out sofa. Turquoise blue clapboards decorate the exterior to fit with the beach-vibe, while the interior is white, bright, and airy.

I love the mix and match shingles and clapboards on the outside of the home, but the inside is where the magic is! This tiny does a great job creating a separate living room over the gooseneck, and the bedroom on the other side is easily accessible by a super creative stair maze! But to be honest, it’s the glamorous kitchen that sold me on this unit. This home was custom-built, but you can purchase both a shell and finished version of this model. Watch the video walkthrough below!
