Tammy and Donny separately came across videos of people living in their RVs and decided they wanted to try RV travel for themselves. Originally they purchased an RV just for vacations, but after 2020 hit, Donny retired, and they decided to sell their home and move into the RV full-time!

They actually live in the RV during the school year since Tammy still teaches, and then they travel during the summers. Their life feels “uncluttered” now that they’ve downsized and sold most of their worldly goods. Enjoy reading our interview with Tammy below!

Hillary and Kris found their way into nomadic life somewhat slowly. It started with a shipping container conversion passion project and ended a few years later with selling their home and purchasing a Class A RV. To date, they’ve traveled to 38 states and have no intentions of going back to sticks-and-bricks anytime soon.

Both of them work full-time from their RV and make time to travel the country. We had the pleasure of interviewing them about their life, and you can read their story below alongside pictures of their newest RV and their container conversion. Enjoy!

Annabelle and Tyler graduated college in 2020 and were unsure of what the future was going to look like. They loved travel from the few international trips they’d each taken and they wanted to do more of it, so the search began for a vehicle they could make home.

They landed on a 1987 Toyota Rogue camper which they largely gutted and overhauled to create a beautiful living space complete with an over-cab bed and tons of counterspace. Enjoy their awesome tour below!

After a job loss, these college sweethearts sold everything they owned and decided to leave “normal” life behind, find remote work, and renovate an RV fit to take them to the slopes! Since most RVs aren’t winter-proofed, it took a lot of creativity to insulate and protect their rig enough to withstand a winter of sports and exploration.

They painted a beautiful mountain mural on the exterior of the RV and added a DIY composting toilet and solar system to allow them to go and stay off-grid. What do you think of this conversion?

Tyler and Nina are loving their life on the road in their 18‘ 1993 Fleetwood Jamboree Searcher. While the outside remains relatively untouched, they transformed the dank and dingy interior and created a light and bright living space.

Their dinette becomes their couch, and the couple admitted it stays like that most of the time. They also have a bed over the cab for sleeping. Wait until you see the once-yellow shower/toilet area transformed into a magazine-worthy itty bitty bathroom!

Enjoy the video tour and interview with Tiny Home Tours that you can watch below! You can follow the couple on Instagram here.
