This is a beautifully converted cargo trailer tiny house that was available for $15,000 out of South Carolina from Bridget, the builder.
We featured this back in 2016, so it has since then very likely already sold, but you can still look at it below. It’s very nice. Enjoy!

What does it take for a family of four to transform a 1989 Safari motorhome into a fully functional tiny home? This conversion proves that with creativity and determination, even a decades-old motorhome can become a warm, inviting space for an entire family to live, work, and grow together.
The Safari motorhome platform offers a generous footprint compared to many tiny home options, and this family took full advantage of every square inch. Through a thoughtful renovation, they turned what was once an aging recreational vehicle into a permanent dwelling that reflects their values of simplicity, togetherness, and intentional living.

For me, tiny homes come in all shapes and sizes.
And for me to be able to call a house tiny doesn’t require it to be a particular square footage.
If you’re with me, high five!
And depending who I’m talking to, I may call it a tiny house or I may call it a small house.
All I really look for is that it’s relatively small, makes good use of space, and is designed in a somewhat unique fashion.
In other words… No wasted space, no cookie cutter design, and as much common sense as possible.
That’s why I’m excited to share this former chapel that was saved from destruction and rehabbed into a beautiful humble home.

Today I wanted to show you a great example of how you can turn an existing cargo van into an inexpensive DIY camper.
If you’ve ever thought about van dwelling then you’ll probably love this van conversion.
The person who converted this van wanted to create something that she can travel with and go one or two nights without any hookups on her way to her destination.
The cool part about this one is that it has standing room thanks to the fact that it’s a high top van that she found on Craigslist.
Since it’s a high top she’s able to change clothes, shower, and even cook in there with comfort.
Here, let me show you the van:

When she first got it, it looked like this on the inside (see below):
