Here’s a brand new 32-foot tiny house on wheels that a general contractor of Capstone Creations built during lockdown. The tiny home in North Carolina features one loft accessible via storage stairs, tons of counter space, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The living room has a fold-down table and plenty of room for a couch. In the kitchen, you’ll find large appliances including a dishwasher, and there’s room for a washer and dryer hook-up. It’s for sale on Craigslist for $119,000.
This is a gorgeous custom 32′ foot tiny home by Hawk Tiny Homes Inc., built for a family of three in Kansas City, Missouri. It features two lofts (one for the parents, and one for their toddler), as well as a downstairs living room/guest room.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher (woohoo!), as well as a full-size stove and larger refrigerator for making at-home cooking a breeze. The bathroom has a washer/dryer combo unit, flush toilet, and shower stall.
As pictured, this house was $65,000. You can contact Hawk Tiny Homes here to discuss your own tiny house build!

I use the term “hobbit” too much, but the sinker cypress inside this little home feels like it belongs in Middle Earth. This was a custom build, and at 12 feet wide, would require a permit to move it. That being said, the extra width allows for a super-spacious home with a downstairs bedroom, large living area and luxurious bath! Totally worth it.

This custom 32′ gooseneck trailer tiny house on wheels was built by Greg Parham, of Rocky Mountain Tiny Houses, for a family of three (husband, wife, toddler, plus a dog and a cat).
The family wants to simplify their lives so they can pay off their debt sooner. They named this tiny home on wheels the Rio Grande. It took Greg about 6 weeks to custom build it for them. Inside you’ll find beautiful built-in furniture, spacious sleeping lofts, fully functional kitchen, a full bathroom, mini split A/C system, beautiful custom windows, and much more. Hi Alex and Tiny House Newsletter readers… Like you, I love tinkering around designing/building tiny houses especially as small as a house as possible but still have all the conveniences that you find in a ‘McMansion’.
I know the idea about tiny living is supposed to be living with less but if you can cram everything into a small- less than 300 sq. ft.- moveable home without making it claustrophobic…
Why not, right?
So here I’m showing you a 32′ long tiny house design I’ve recently finished working on. Let me know what ya think in the comments down below!
I’d also like to show you a 28′ design that’s obviously a bit shorter. It has less square footage but it could be used as a 3 bedroom young family tiny home or just a backyard guest building by utilizing two sleeping lofts. Check it out and let me know what you think below:
