Nice. I love a covered outdoor space but something to consider when building one is sightlines from inside. I made mine a bit too low and it chops off part of my outdoor view from inside when sitting in my favourite spot. Drives me crazy. Luckily it was a temporary setup so I can change it easily when I get around to that part. Check for sightlines when sitting or standing in various spots and adjust accordingly.

Very nice tiny home. The only thing missing is a washer / dryer combo.

Nice tiny house…Not a bad price either…! I don’t want to get into it on the video, but there are some questionable statements that have been made, but I’m sure my fellow readers will spot that right off they are a bright bunch of good folks so I need not say anything…! But once again Nice tiny house….!

Does that $47K include the porch? If so, then the house is even cheaper. I know that this was custom, but the porch seems kind of a waste. It seems you could accomplish the same thing with an awning.

Was the delivery within your state, or can that be anywhere for the same price, Randy?
