Jenna had been travelling the United States in her tiny home with her boyfriend, but after they parted ways (not because of tiny living!) in October of 2016, she’s settled down in the Mt. This is the Kokosing, a Nantucket-esque cottage on wheels built by Modern Tiny Living that’s for sale in Ohio.
One of the coolest features of this THOW is the raised living room with comfortable u-shaped seating to create a cozy spot for watching TV or catching up with friends. When the night is done, the space converts to another sleeping area. Storage steps (with space to hang clothing!) lead up to the vast loft bedroom, and the large kitchen means you can cook whatever you’d like (ok, maybe not a turkey) for dinner.

Amazing cabin/ tiny house for sale. Has two Murphy beds (double doors in the back), washer & dryer, bathroom, shower, kitchen, stove, fridge and everything else you need in a house! It is 12×20 feet 250 sq. ft. not including the loft upstairs. Has 14 foot high ceilings and already on a trailer to easily pick up and move. This is a very comfortable cabin house and my family fits 6 people sleeping comfortably when vacationing. Only selling because I am building a permanent house to move in full time. Enter through the traditional round hobbit door where you’ll find a cozy living room, compact kitchenette, spacious bathroom and loft bedroom with a stunning hand-crafted hand rail. You can even enjoy second breakfast with a felt Frodo!

This is the Old World Vermont, another wonderful tiny house creation by Perch & Nest.
The home was custom-built for the buyers who designed the whole thing. It’s 24 ft. long and has 300 sq. ft. of loft and ground-floor space. I’m enamored with the folding porch, but my favorite part of the house is definitely the classy bathroom. Enjoy the pictures below!
