You might remember the tiny house community that Canadian millionaire Marcel LeBrun was building in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Well, he just placed house #96, meaning they’ve built a house every week since the project started two years ago! Impressive.
While there is still plenty to do, like landscaping and building some of the community structures, it’s a great start to helping the unhoused community in his area. He has been getting requests from folks across the globe on how they can replicate this kind of village! What do you think?

Jono is a professional builder, but he said that building his tiny house for his wife Eva and their son was more complicated than traditional building! Even if it was a challenge, the result of his DIY project looks professional and works perfectly for this family of three.
Their house design is super cool, with a spacious wet bathroom, a loft bedroom with a specially designed crib attachment, and a hang-out loft. The U-shaped kitchen is particularly impressive, as it fits full-sized appliances and even a drawer dishwasher. Their living space extends outdoors on their large porch with a special covered corner. What do you love about this?

The home has it all: A private, first-floor bedroom; a bathroom with a soaking tub and washer/dryer unit; a chef-worthy kitchen with an oven and a drawer dishwasher; and even an extra loft for storage!
The living room fits not just a comfortable couch but also an entire office that lowers from the ceiling when he needs to get work done. Since this house is so incredible, I would like to know if there’s anything you don’t like about it!

Dolly is a *very* pink bus conversion owned by Destiny, an amazing musician who used to be a teacher but got burnt out after teaching during 2020 and beyond. The bus came to her painted pink, but she did the conversion — including buying $2,000 worth of tools — all by herself.
Her goal with the space was to create a mobile recording studio so she could produce music while on the road. She accomplished that and so much more! Just wait until you see her walk-in closet, full bathroom, and retro-style kitchen.
