Incredible Tiny Homes has several communities offering different levels of privacy, lot sizes, and rent prices. The Mountain has some truly spectacular lots that are private and spacious. Bill and Carmen snagged one of the lots before the electricity and plumbing made it up there, so they live entirely off-grid right now.
Bill has done a stunning job on their landscaping, creating a magical little oasis around their 10×40 tiny house. On the inside, Carmen designed a unique space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and even a “basement.” Enjoy the tour below!
So you want to downsize, but you’re not ready to go tiny — and you’d like to own your land instead of leasing. Well, Randy at Incredible Tiny Homes has an opportunity for you! He’s planning a subdivision in Morristown, Tennessee where homeowners can pick from several small house designs (between 800-1500 square feet) and secure a spot with a $40,000 down payment.
The homes will sit on quarter-acre lots, and the cost for the homes and land range from $139K-$219K. This is still in the development phase, but it’s worth checking out if you’re ready to downsize!
Here’s a new-to-us community that’s developing beautifully in Corcoran, California. The community is only available right now to people who purchase homes from Pacifica Tiny Homes, and the cost is your house payment plus utilities. They do plan to expand in the future. You have your own little lot where you can put up a fence, a deck, or even a chicken coop! They have community garden plots and a large pergola where the community can gather. Oh, and it has 24/7 surveillance to make you feel at ease.
Alyssa built out her own bus conversion, but it’s not her first bus! She lived in a different one before tackling this awesome project with some help from a professional skoolie outfitter. She used everything she learned from living in the first bus and used it to make this bus perfectly functional for her needs. She even has a separate freezer under the bed so she can make fresh dog food for her pup!
This is probably the largest bathroom we’ve seen in a short bus, and it doesn’t disappoint. Alyssa did all the tile work herself and it’s gorgeous! Let us know what you like most about her conversion in the comments.
Dakota and Dalton live with their newborn baby in an amazing DIY skoolie that might be one of the most stylish (and functional!) that we’ve ever featured. They chose a unique layout, placing the bathroom at the very back of the bus, and you’ll see how they incorporated rattan, gold, and swans throughout the build.
Their couch converts to a twin-size bed for guests, with custom burnt orange upholstery that pops! Their functional kitchen has a massive farmhouse sink and an oven for baking. What’s not to love about this bus conversion?
Annie wanted to pursue her music career more seriously, so she decided to downsize into a tiny house on wheels! This traditional-style THOW has been her home outside of Portland, Oregon for almost 7 years now.
She has room for her instruments and a little area to work from home. Her loft has about 4 feet of headroom, which allows her to sit up comfortably in bed. Her DIY bench couch provides additional storage. What do you think of this sweet home?
