This is the gorgeous and cozy Northwest Mountaineer tiny home by Tiny Smart House which features a jacuzzi tub and sauna in the back!
While the jacuzzi tub is awesome, Tiny Smart House realizes not everyone wants to give that much space to one, so they can create this home to your specifications and include a simpler shower system. Models start at $49,225 and come in lengths from 16 to 44 feet.
This particular model is available for sale and you can get in touch with Tiny Smart House about the details. The current owner would sometimes use it as a rental at Tiny Tranquility, but it is currently available for $54,500, more info below…

Meet Earthship Ironbank: The first building-code-approved Earthship in Australia!
Martin & Zoe, along with a team of 60 volunteers, constructed this eco-friendly home inspired by the work of Mark Reynolds, who started the “Earthship” movement (lLearn more about Earthship architecture here). Martin went through the trouble of getting it “council-approved” by the building authorities in Australia, to show that it could be done. This is a 750 square-foot structure built primarily from recycled tires filled with earth, and coated in cement. You’ll notice stunning recycled bottle walls all over the home. You can book a tour of the Earthship, or better yet, you can vacation there via Airbnb!

Meet Izzy & Laurie, and their second van conversion named The Grizzly! This campervan is fully off-grid with a solar, gas and water set up that helps the couple climb, hike, and explore the outdoors on the weekends.
They began part-time van life in January of 2017 (@camperdreamin on Instagram), when they bought and converted an old painters’ van into their travelling home. When they added dog, Bear, to their family, they decided it was time for a larger van and have been working on the Grizzly for about 6 months. So far they’ve visited 8 countries during their weekend vanlife.
The Grizzly is absolutely stunning inside, outfitted for their needs with a spacious kitchen, adorable mini wood-burning stove and large garage for all their adventure gear. We got to do a Q&A with the couple, so be sure to check that out at the end of the post!

Coming in at 280-square feet, the Honeycrisp Cottage in Southern Vermont is a dreamy energy-efficient getaway, and a tiny house design worth bookmarking for your future build!
This home (@honeycrisp_cottage on Instagram) would make a perfect granny flat because of the open floor plan and downstairs bedroom, but really anyone interested in going tiny could enjoy this space! The Airbnb hosts designed the home themselves and included a floorplan (you can see below). They hired out some work and DIYed the rest, and the total cost to build was around $75,000. Meet Boxabl: A steel and concrete 375 square foot pre-fab home that literally unfolds upon arrival at your location! It’s basically an instant-house with everything you could possibly need in a small house.
The main living space is completely open with a large kitchen packed with full-sized appliances, a bedroom area with room for a queen, and a family room that can comfortably fit a normal couch. You’ll also notice there are no stairs or ladders in this contemporary marvel, making it a great place for retirees. It even has an ADA-compliant version!
There is, of course, a bathroom — with a full-sized bath/shower and a flushing toilet. It get’s better though: In the future they plan to create more Boxabls that can connect, so if you have another child or your life situation changes, you can stack vertically or connect horizontally with more rooms.
But the coolest part of this? It’s only $49,500 or $250/month. I rarely see anything this innovative and modern for such a reasonable price. But what do you think? You can reserve one here!

What a cute tiny home mountain retreat for your next vacation (which is hopefully soon!). If you are thinking about buying a tiny house on wheels, I highly recommend staying a few nights (or a whole week!) in one to get an idea of what it’d really be like.
Of course, living in a space is much different than staying for a short time, but this is a very standard compact THOW that would help you get your feet wet. It sleeps up to three, has heating and air conditioning and is fully stocked with linens and towels. There is a grill outside as well as a community hot tub. And you can’t beat the views!
