Jonathan and Curtis’ tiny house journey didn’t start off smoothly. They had a box truck all ready to go for their two-year travel adventure only for it to burn up two weeks before they set off.

So they got an RV and tried that out for a few months before deciding they wanted a bus — and wanted to prove you could power it 100% with just solar energy (and include all the bells & whistles, like dual mini-splits, an ice-maker, and a washer/dryer combo unit).

They even have a roof-top deck, AND a fold-down back deck for their dogs. Check it out in the video below.

This itty bitty cottage on Cape Cod has been named the “Sand Pebble,” which perfectly sums up the feeling inside this beachy tiny home.

You walk into the open living room and kitchen space, while a separate bathroom and bedroom hide behind a couple of doors. The kitchen was recently renovated, and even has a washer/dryer unit so you can wash your bathing suit after a long day of beachin’ it!

Originally built in 1971, this art deco dome home recently underwent a major facelift, and the result is a bright and colorful art-deco dome home that sleeps 7!

Inside there’s a full kitchen (with dishwasher), two queen bedrooms downstairs, and then two loft bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. It looks like a fun place to stay, and is only a 3 minute walk from the Outer Banks beaches.

Dustin’s commercial HVAC job had him constantly traveling for work and kept him away from his family. One day it clicked that he would much rather travel with his wife (Sky) and daughter (Aria), and since Sky had always wanted a bus, they went on Facebook Marketplace and got one!

The couple still own their home in Pennsylvania, and rent it out. That provides them with the income needed to travel full-time and not work on the road. Aria does school from the bus, so as long as there’s wifi, they can go wherever they want.

Their bus looks awesome, and just wait until you see how proud Aria is of her bedroom!

This is Jupe! A tent-based tiny house concept with same-day setup.

I suppose one can say it’s almost like a modernized Mongolian yurt, except it’s not round at all, but it is relatively easy to setup and install on the same day, much like a yurt.
