Frankly, it looks like every other boxy tiny house. No charm or character, just white walls and ….what else. … Not much different. Would expect for that high price to have the wow factor, and sadly it doesn’t. Boring.

Speaking as a retired designer of a homebuilder, unfortunately, “wow factor” costs money. To keep the cost down, on line with what people are looking for, “wow factors” need to be kept down, too. The question becomes “is there room for DIY’ers to add their own “wow factor” and are the ESSENTIALS there …. among other things, i look for full size appliances and a REAL toilet, and one-story-living. But, admittedly, i also look for “wow” factors.

Yes, Gail, that’s a great point. “Wow” sometimes has to come later so you can afford the necessities in the beginning.

So cute! Really like the artist loft feel. Would love to make it my own with my own collections and decor.
