This is a speech that’s actually titled, Tiny Houses Make for an Extraordinary Life with Andrew Bennett at TEDxEustis. He’s the man behind Core Housing Solutions (builder of affordable THOWs) and he’s been designing and building tiny houses for many years now.
In this talk, Andrew shares how going tiny can create space in your life for new experiences in your life. And although I don’t think you must move into a tiny house to create more space for experiences in your life, he’s still right. Tiny houses, for the right persons at the right time in their life, can have an incredibly positive impact. How do I say it better than that?

Should you go tiny? Or can you just do this…
What positive impact do you think going tiny, downsizing, or maybe just going through a massive de-cluttering process?
How much space do you think that would create for you, energetically? My question is, do you really have to go into a tiny house to improve your life?
The answer is no! Absolutely not! In fact, you can improve your life FASTER, and almost INSTANTLY, if you just clean up your current space.
Am I wrong? Do I need to take my own advice?
Yes (there is a bit of clutter around me).😂
But… can tiny homes REALLY offer you an extraordinary lifestyle?
Absolutely, yes. Why? Because the right tiny or small home can give you an incredible opportunity to build a foundation for your life in terms of having free time, living stress-free, and being able to save lots of money without even having to work overtime.
It could and often does even lead to massive creativity! Or new and wonderful experiences.
But, this is not always the case and tiny house living is not for everyone, which is why I stress the question, “do you really have to go into a tiny house to start making improvements to your life?”
Start small, set goals, appreciate what you currently have, and if a tiny house is right for your situation, then go for it!😊

Building a TH when young preferably on a foundation and 10′ wide, buying a mobile home lot to put it on, on top of the old MH frame if need to get around regulations, will save one million over a lifetime.
If your TH is designed to expand while the family grows makes it better, worth more. Nor do you have to keep it, either sell or rent it for profits and build more is an excellent way to gain wealth fast for little money. One can do it on minimum wage even.
Wasting money on rent is just silly and only makes sure you’ll be a lot more poor. Add solar and get a check instead of a bill or never even hook up saving that money for decades.
Buy, build a lightweight EV and learn how to shop for low cost better food and you can live on $200/month. This gives you freedom to select work you like, want to do or as in my case, I’ve only had to work 10hr/wk my whole life average giving me time , money t travel, fish, sail, help others, build the things of the future, etc.
And a fully paid for TH which could be a boat, RV, etc too is the key to getting ahead.
It’s not how much you make but wha you spend and what you spe3nd it on.
