I really like this one. It looks so comfortable and homey. Now if only the bedroom was on the main floor. Beautiful! Thank you for sharing it.
I would like their contact information. I need a place by the end of October.
Hi David, you can comment on his webpage here: https://tinyhousemd.com/2016/09/15/tiny-house-for-sale/ — Tiny House Talk Team
So does it come with the T-Rex or…?
So obviously I am probably not the brightest or most observant….. that said, what is ” high tech” about this THOW ? $40 k good price given size, insulation, solar equipment… etc I am just struggling to identify the use of high tech equipment or design. Thanks!
Oh easy peasy… 3 remotes and a game controller. Hi Tech right in front of your eyes… rotflmao
You can see the solar panel batteries next to the wall across from the kitchen. I confess, at first I thought those were Web servers. (still hi-tech tho)
We like kitchen counters a step or two from the entry. A good place to unload arms of groceries.
We like a kitchen outside the traffic pattern.
We like a kitchen on an end-wall.
Thumbs up… because sooner or later, everybody has to eat.
Yup, got to keep the THOW superhighway clear. ; )
Alex, as Jerie I can’t see the high tech from your headline. It looks for me like any other traditional THOW – a shrink real house.
Don’t like it.
I just want a tinnie house so bad im hoping to have one someday just to see things I never seen before I have not seen any in new Hampshire yeaht it’s my dream to own one so bad
Tinnie house? You wanna sell weed? OMG, hoping that was a typo you made. I. Really. Hope. So. lol
Nice little tiny house..! Potable, functional and all the comforts needed in a tiny house….
Potable? Oh yeah, gotta make sure the water is safe to drink.
Or, didja mean portable? : )
My have we been the busy little bee…! Will you be grading as well as remarking on my type o’s….! But to be correct I believe I was in fact trying to type portable, rather than potable… : )
I’ve personally been inside this tiny house. And no, it doesn’t look high tech, but there was a lot of money put into making this THOW work easily for you. For example, his skylights close automatically when it starts to rain, and when it gets above your set temp to let hot air out. The entire system is streamlined and user-friendly. Also, he used pricier marine batteries which don’t need to be vented. High tech does not always mean that it will be in-your-face fancy. Check out the link provided, there is much more detailed info there, and the owner is quick to respond to questions.
Thanks, Larissa!!
Could someone please tell me what an” RV ” Tiny House is? tx
Usually folks use that term when a tiny house has been built to RV standards. Not all are, but this allows you to classify the house as an RV if you want to say, live in an RV park. — Tiny House Talk Team
Is it still available? I am afraid that the dinosaur stomped on it.
Hehe 🙂 — Tiny House Talk Team
Although I’m ashamed to admit i watched, I believe I saw this unit featured on an ep of Tiny House World (I’m only 50/50 on the show’s title). Interesting to see how many of those units show up for sale in pretty short order. I guess once the cameras are gone the novelty wears quickly for the many of their participants.
What’s wrong with great Tiny House shows 🙂 No shame! — Tiny House Talk Team
Only that I suspect most if not all are in the business of spinning a narrative, rather than giving the straight dope. Too much smoke and mirrors imo. Maybe I’m just outside their intended demographic, so the formulas don’t necessarily connect with me as much as some others. But no, nothing’s wrong with them per se. lol
I have some thing else to add, we need to lose the RV moniker it sounds as if we’re looking for sporting goods for a weekend vacation or high end expedition and not a place to call our own….! Which I thought this was what this whole thing was based on….!
The “RV” is just to denote it’s designed to RV code. Which can be helpful if you are trying to live in an RV park. — Tiny House Talk Team
Yea I guess so….!
Is that a ladder in the corner on the 2nd page? I would need stairs .
