This is the bird’s nest treehouse by Hiroshi Nakamura.
From the outside, you’ll notice a glass sliding door that leads into a “tearoom.” The exterior is a grey canvas-looking material with a unique roofline, and there’s a large wrap-around deck.
When you go inside, you’ll find a wooden bench, small tea-table, and a wood burning stove.

It’s a teahouse treehouse. Sorry, couldn’t resist. What a lovely, serene setting.
That’s quite the scissor-jack holding up that house. I didn’t see any guide cables to hold it in place so when the wind blows, the cradle WILL NOT rock. Otherwise, thinking there might be a short lived situation here in these trees.
Maybe all those scissor jacks are designed to move and sway with the winds and still keep the house level, like gimbals on a boat. . .maybe.
I can honestly say this is quite an interesting tree house. Are those contraption strong enough to hold the house up so high?
The design is out of this world in a good way, so I would say Good job on the designs.
Huge…! look at that structure under the nest, It looks to be a bit overkill, but I’ll bet that this nest will not blow away the next typhon…!
But the tree might! 😀
