Wow! How beautiful and inspired a world you have made. So unique.Thank you being in the world this way, it gives hope!
Now that’s the magic of a tiny house, and no so tiny at all, a huge universe you’ve shared
This is absolutely the most beautiful one tiny home I have ever seen on this site. Who ever owns this house should be proud as anything!! THIS is what I would love to have for me, 63, and my granddaughter to live in for the rest of our lives. It is only the 2 of us, struggling on my disability and paying 550.00 a month for rent but I would rather be paying for this and be comfortable and happy the rest of my life and her after I am gone. BE PROUD OF THIS!!!! It really is amazing.
Claudia Moore, I used to be on the Board of our local Habitat for Humanity and I think you would definitely qualify for a Habitat home. You could work with the architect to pick out a design and size, have it built to help you with your disability, and the house payment would be a lot less than $550 a month.
Yes, you would need to put in the time to help build it, but get friends, church people, summer work camps, etc. to help out because you are disabled. There are lots of ways around that requirement— you could provide lunch for the workers and that counts toward your hours, and other ways, but when you were done, it would be your home that you could leave in your will for your granddaughter. You could decorate it however you wanted and they may even build a greenhouse on the side of the building for you.
It’s worth checking on so give your local Habitat a call. Good luck
Alex, could you send the above message on to Claudia? Thank you. Tricia
Thank you for the comment and all the ideas of helping while the building is going on!! You really have some great ideas!! Thank you again,
Claudia Moore
and
Victoria King
Thanks Tricia for helping Claudia, yes, you got it!
By the way, my granddaughter is 13yrs old.
I love the bright pretty colors, and the layout of this wonderful little cabin, also the indoor garden, awesome, I could see myself living in something similar to this, nice job!
Where is this boho funky paradise?
Yikes! Sorry, but at least for my brain there’s just too much going on with the decor. Makes me dizzy!
That is exactly what I said in my post on FB, I like the layout, the woodstoves position, the stairs with railing, the bed with curtain, the greenhouse room, but too much stuff and color, it too makes me dizzy.
I really wanted to like this one. But in the land of tiny homes it is amazing how this 720 sf home can look so overcrowded.
I agree. Much too busy with too many colors. Made my eyes hurt.
There are those of us in this world who are not minimalists. For us, less is not more. More is more and we like a lot of stuff. This place looks a lot like mine in terms of stuff. Just different colours. I wan the shower curtain.
What makes this so great is that for minimalists, you can simply not fill the house the way this owner has and I would. Its what makes tiny/small houses so wonderful. it doesn’t take much to change the home to what you want or need. its not endless walls to re paint or move them, etc.
This home is very interesting for me because it includes a garden to grow food. For those who live in Northern climates its a great thing. Expending the growing seasons saves money, as does smaller foot print. A 720 sq. ft. home is much less expensive to heat and with fuel costs and it having to be shipped in to many northern communities some of these smaller homes are truly the answer.
Love, love love this house! It is so cute & love the artistic design that it has in it. Thanks so much for sharing. š
It is her home, her museum, her art, full of love, color therapy, growing her own food and canning it too. I could live here in a heartbeat. Where is this magnificent home?
Holy Cow, WOW! This place looks well lived in. I would call this a colorful creation of a creative mind. Looks like a happy place to live in and visit as well. Good job!
Oh, by the way, where is this place anyway? Would love to have a grand tour of it!
But this house is the ultimate joy of life! Finally a positive mood ( definitely vegetarian ). An Artist who loves live in this living space
there is everything: the room of the toys, to the mystical atmosphere romantic, but also from “grand bazaar” ,etc…
It is perfect sensations!
I like the “Idea” of the house. It must be fun to sit and watch the garden. I really like the bed raised with drawers and a closing sliding door. Very creative concept.
Robert
This is the house of a person who is living in their paradise. Looks as though there are two bedrooms and a sun room for plants. The color are a expression of one’s mind and feeling, that places you in a comfortable space. The property is well planned with a garden for vegetables.
I would love to see the floor plan for this. I love the space, even the loft.
Is there any way we can get a floor plan or just the outside dimentions? I would really love to know, and I am not joking, either. Thank you

Thumbs up for the verandah… although they tend to darken the interior.
Nice sunroom/greenhouse.
Thumbs up for the kitchen outside the traffic pattern.
We live with artistic types, and finally realized they need to constantly inventory everything. Did the occupant here hire engineers to certify wall load? [chuckles]
I always wanted to shower in Fiji then sleep in Bombay!
totally healthy and unique ! so expressive, and fun to live here. thank you for allowing us to visit. huzzah ! ?????
This place is the most whimsical, lovely, fun place that I have ever seen. The photos put the biggest smile on my face. The granddaughter is a very lucky girl to have this place to call home.
The upstairs loft is so inviting, the downstairs Scandinavian style bed is beautifully done, and all hand painted designs are great. They must eat well by the looks of all the goodies on the under side of the stairs too. I can imagine myself sitting on the porch with a glass of lemonade on a hot day, or a cup of hot tea on a cool autumn day just looking at the beautiful scenery all around me. This is truly heaven on earth.
Thanks, Trish! Happy you enjoyed it so much š
I could wake up happy here, EVERY DAY!!!! Absolutely splendid!
THanks, Pam!
???????????????????? Great job! I can understand that the person who resides in this house is artistic. Great layout of the garden. Where is this beauty, Alex?
Thanks Marta! Glad you like it too. It’s a beauty! Location is not disclosed though!
Delightfully fun home. Butt it would wear me out just looking at everything. I need less energy, more quiet.
This is simply an amazing small house.
I LOVE the gardens with creative walkways, art and plantings which are obviously well used – check out all the canned food! And, what a clever way to store them…stairway is genius with storage on both the up and under sides; it also has a artsy handrail. Perfect.
Then, over the kitchen is a ‘dollhouse’ shelf which also provides privacy for the loft; another clever shelf running just over the door and window trim opposite the stairs, how useful!
At the foot of the stairs is a little wood stove with a tiny magazine rack type storage for the extra wood. Blues and greens are repeated throughout the home along with bamboo and other textures.
Wood ceiling, beams, flooring (plywood?): fabulous. Did I mention that the stairs are amazing? They have the ultimate storage!
The bed nooks are to die for: very restful, calm, serene spots: your very own enveloping cocoon. Aw.
A separate craft/art room with easel where the artist does their painting. I can’t quite figure out where that fits in the house or where the bathroom is tucked. And, is that a big shower or a tub? A big shower, please! š Then, tucked behind the lace by the bathroom is a laundry area.
A greenhouse for beautiful plants to enjoy and harvest along with rocking chairs! A rocking chair porch that just begs you to sit or eat dinner out there.
What an awe inspiring use of small space, I am so impressed. Whoever designed this was thinking the entire time: no wasted space, no tiny nook left useless.
Alex, this is one for the archives and to share endlessly. Could you possibly get a layout for us? Thank you so much for sharing this and to the generous folk who own it for allowing us to come by and visit their beautiful home.
Thanks, Linda! I agree, very cool house! Lots of personality!
This cabin is absolutely amazing in it’s eclecticity – there is not a thing to not like here – it makes me happy – very happy – to scroll (is that trip?) through the pictures and puts an even bigger happy smile on my face. š
The layout is easy but interesting and is done with beautiful quality tongue-in-groove wood and plywood. This is finished to perfection with a delightful balance of colour and texture that makes the whole thing seem much more spacious than 720 sq. ft. The clever use of shelf extenders on the stairs to add demonstrative space, the hideaway bohemian closet bed to add a touch of romance and privacy, again, the bold use of colour throughout – there is (vivid!) interest of the whole without feeling cluttered. This creates a welcoming spirit about this home. I absolutely love it.
A house becomes a home when the heart shines through š
This is exactly what I want my house to look like. Love the colors and the whole house vibe, really Nice, It is so peaceful. I feel at home in your house. Thanks for sharing!!
So sweet! You can tell it is home. Those vegi bins are way cool.
Kinda Sneaky..! I was going crazy there for a moment trying to figure out if I am looking at 2 different tiny houses… That bamboo wall paper is a real show stopper, it makes you think you are looking at a bamboo hut, and then another pic makes you think you are looking at a whimsical cabin in the woods…….
This is awesome! I love the colors. It’s so bright and happy. The indoor garden is a great idea. A big porch is a necessity to me, and this one certainly fits the bill.
Very happy to have this info on here!! Exciting to hear others’ stories &/or DIYstuff,…. š
So much color. Looks like a box of crayons exploded. So full of life.
I like the structure and I love the garden part (Im a gardener). But I would love to take this very crafty home on steroids and totally redo the inside with color. Make it more calming inside…..but then that might not describe the owner’s taste. BTW, the most peaceful thing about the tiny home was the garden.
Love it! Could they draw out the layout and dimensions? I think I figured out where most of the rooms are, but am stumped on the studio’s placement (could be storage or a spare room even). Looks like the perfect size for a couple and their fur kids!!!
This house is a tireless uncontrollable explosion of Joy.
Wow-the interior is as “busy” as a first grade classroom, but somehow all of that color and patterns worked. I looked at the first few pictures and thought it was a little over the top, but the more I looked, the more it grew on me. Pretty cool looking design, it looks very livable indeed. I think this might be one of those houses that make you sigh with pleasure each and every time you walk through the door. It would be a great place to crash after a tough day at work.
That’s funny, Jay, I had a similar experience when I first looked at it! Glad you liked it too!
Lovely! The size is good, not too tiny!
Thanks, Mary!
Fabulously expressive with all of that exploding color. This is truly a HOME!
So much color š — Tiny House Talk Team
I love the outside of the house and the layout of the inside, BUT, I have one word: Gaudy. Everyone has their own taste. This woman certainly loves color and whimsy. She definitely put tons of work into making it her fantasy dream come true. I have trouble looking at all that color and become depressed at the thought of dusting all those baubles and trinkets! Give me plain, sleek, light and subtle. I commend her on her talent and creativity, but this house it too much for me.
Haha it’s certainly unique! — Tiny House Talk Team
I just want to say that when one person gripes that a house is unfurnished and they cannot see a finished product, one like this comes on the site and many do not like the interior. The truth is no one house is going to please everyone. I like the bold colors in this house, but also liked the Spartan look of some other homes. Each to their own.
Agreed! — Tiny House Talk Team
Canyon Man, you’re exactly right about griping! I didn’t gripe. I gave my opinion! While I said this home wasn’t to my liking, I made a point of commending how much work she put into making this house to her liking. I complimented her on her love of color and whimsy. When writing an opinion, I always make compliments as to the owners hard work and decoration. I then add my own observations. I like to offer a fair opinion. If you read my other opinions, you’ll find this to be true.
I love this house. It is perfect. Are the floor plans available? For a cost? Please let me know. Thanks much.
Hi Lisa — This house was just sent to us by the owner, so I’m afraid it’s not made for resale. — Tiny House Talk Team
NIce design, lot’s of storage and a range hood for cooking fumes. Bright enough inside for long overcast winters. I love the large covered porch.
Well done.
Me too š — Tiny House Talk Team
Absolutely stunning! I totally love, my favorite tiny home of all time!
I LOVE the how it is laid out. I wish they had how wide & the length. And possibly the floor plan. I don’t think I need that much porch. I have actually found something I really like. How much would it cost to build?
This is the second time I have seen this, and both times I am struck by how beautiful each bedroom area is for sleeping and peaceful resting. I thought about how I would like the whole privacy wall in front of the downstairs bedroom to be able to open like a door so that it would give greater access to the bed when needing to be changed. I normally don’t do stairs but for that upstairs bedroom, I would make an exception. <3 I would also move the bathroom sink over away from the shower, take out the shower and put in a walk-in tub. I love that this home is bright and colorful, but it's a bit too colorful and busy for me, especially the bathroom. I like softer and quieter tones in my home. I really do like all the shelves and storage and the little living room with the two types of chaise lounges. Cute place.
I liked this darling house, especially the enclosed bed. For my taste, it was too busy, but to each his own! It’s still amazing!
Loved your Home. If available I would love a copy of the floor plan. Looking to build and this Home Design is perfect for my needs.
Thanks

Sorry. Not my style. It looks like confusion alley.
Looks well designed. (A little bit difficult to tell however, lol!) All joking aside, it is adorable. A little busy for my taste, but it looks happy and full of joy! I’d like to be brave enough to just take everything I like and put it together. I love the layout and it is full of good ideas. A wonderful place to live. She should be very proud. It looks like a “just right” house.
Spectacular! Thank you so very much for allowing us into your beautiful world @ home. You would be a person worth meeting, absolutely! I bet you bring much joy to your friends and family with your creativity. Very nice, I feel blessed to have been there even in pictures. God bless you!
Oh, my goodness–I love it! Now, I’m going to start painting my tiny house. She has released my creativity and made me want something for myself, just as entrancing. As the mother of six sons, I never had the opportunity to use feminine designs. They’re all grown now. Here I go!
When I sent my message, I was accused of having already said that. No, I didn’t. Does that mean that you won’t print my comments?
Are those real snakes on the posts of her outside porch?
At least it’s not boring or sterile inside. Was tired of looking at all-white kitchens, austere looking bathrooms and interiors with little or no furniture. Looks as if some found objects were integrated into the design. Very colorful and funky. While her colors may not be my favorites, there was a sense of “flow” and consistency with the repeat of turquoise and red throughout. As “disordered” as it might seem, at least the stairs have a handrail where it counts, and the indoor greenhouse provides a natural source for air filtration and replenishment of oxygen (the byproduct of photosynthesis in the leaves.) Very creative use of resources inside and out.
Hey, Tiny House team!
I, too, would be VERY MUCH interested in scematics/plans for this house! It is, most definitely, a well-thought-out floorplan__especially, the “greenhouse” areas! I am, also, interested in the construction materials used and how much property this house sits on__looks perfect to me! š
Just LOVE spending my afternoons browsing through your site! <3 š
This cabin is obviously a work of art and love. For me personally, it would feel too busy, but I can certainly admire all the talent that went into making it special. Congratulations on your very special home.
Keeping the walls wood to calm the space and the use of color to inspire and lift your spirits. The art to let your mind wander and get lost while softening the mood with calming lace curtains. I just loved it all. Good job. Let the boring people use white and grey. I like color, nostalgia and furniture that looks comfortable and draws you into the room. Well done.
HA! HA! I did not even think about the color being busy till people started mentioning it. I was excited that it did not have white walls. Great house, being an artist myself I love the color.
Beautiful!! Love the decorating. Looks comfortable.
I absolutely LOVE this bohemian/gypsy, island chic not tiny but small house. I’m usually one to point out the fact its not so tiny, but I dont care this time. The storage & shelving next to & under the stairs is constructed &organized beautifully. The decor is a bit wild, but I love the quarky eclectic style all put together. I really love both bed spaces, the indoor & outdoor garden spaces, and all of the beautiful hand painted furniture. That purple table with green flower is awesome! As well as all the chairs! I think this house is piece of beautiful artwork. ā¤š§”šššššš¤š¤
This is one of the Coolest things things I’ve ever seen in my life! (And I’m in the older stage of life.)
love love the sleeping areas both adorable would love to know more about how it was built “the bed in the box”
I love the personality of this home. I feel that homes should not all look the same. This person has places for her garden, cooking, working on her art, reading etc. I’m always delighted when a house reflects the person who lives there. No two should be the same.
